Our stay was SUPERB!🥰 Out room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The Hotel staffs were friendly and Hands on. The service at the free breakfast was fantastic, I would book this hotel again without thinking twice😁Thanks for taking care us us!

The breakfast was so good, it starts at 6:30 and ends at 10:00, plenty of fruits always available. The staff is polite. Let us check in 2 hours before the official time. The only problem that I had was the very soft mattress, I like when it's hard enough. Ah yeah, no soundproof at all because we had an internal additional door between our and our neighbor's rooms, that's why we hear everything our neighbors did like speaking, coughing, eating and so on 😁

Everything was good just the hot water in the shower became cold so fast.breakfast was great and yummy

He hotel rooms are nice and cosy, location is a little off the lake. Situated in the quieter corner of old quarters. However local transport easily available.
We will return.

Booked the same hotel for 2 more days. It was a good stay throughout..Will recommend to those who's going Hanoi. Location was quite far from Hanoi Old quarters.Nevertheless direction to walk back was easy if you love to walk instead of booking a Grab or any other source or transportation.Service staff was polite and reliable. All enquiry was answered well.Informed the Hotel receptionist if you're checking out early before their official check out time at 6am. The building was shuttered down and the service staff was resting before the official check out time which it was a pity that we need to wake them up unintentionally.They serve us calmly right after where we manage to check out smoothly.

I did not check my booking but I know that I booked for a room with city view or a window but I was given a room with no window.

I received excellent help from the receptionist. Because I lost my phone on the cabin bus coming from Sapa, the staff were willing to help until I got the phone back. Thanks again for the help from the receptionist.
I promise to stay again when I have the opportunity.

In my opinion, this hotel us by far the best one in that range of price. I'm definitely going to revisit this hotel next time.

Pleasant stay in general with a very good service, large room and tasty breakfast. The only cons is the smelly faucet in the shower.

The staff was really excellent. Fantastic and prompt service.

The hotel is near enough to the center. Stores are also around the area. The hotel staff are helpful. Fast internet connection! 👌 There are breakfast options and all are delicious. Forgot to take a picture but the hotel is great.

The service at the hotel was beyond my expectations. The staff were so friendly and helpful. I requested them to arrange the car to the airport. I was given detailed information about the car and followed up once I got in the car. The driver was also friendly and helpful.
