It's located in the center, so it's convenient for shopping and eating. The staff are friendly and will talk to you casually. The hotel itself is old, but compact and cute. The breakfast menu was limited, but delicious.

I'm going on business, so I'll stay one night and leave early in the morning. The air conditioner was sluggish and couldn't cool down. I lay tired all night because of the heat. When I opened it, there was still... someone's old bag left behind, but because I was so tired in the middle of the night, I stopped changing rooms. Not a very pleasant experience.

Hanoi may be developing faster. Nowadays, hotel prices are not cheap. The Concorde Hotel is in a central location and the sanitary environment is okay. However, the house price is not cheap anymore. The breakfast is still very good and you can choose the style.

I bought this rating because it was so high. The room was super bad and quite unhygienic. There was only one waiter in the whole hotel, who was the front desk and cashier!

There is nothing that I thought was lacking in any aspect.
