I made a reservation in a hurry due to a change of plans, so I made a reservation without any expectations, but OMG.... the service was so friendly, and when I went out in the morning and came back, the room was always cleaned, which was so great. The facilities weren't brand new or anything, but they were clean! You can walk to Hoan Kiem Lake in 10 minutes, and the location was great!!

The room is clean and hygienic. The location is convenient and the facilities are complete. The first thing is that the location is hard to find. Unexpectedly, after checking in, the facilities were very good in all aspects, and the front desk was also very warm and welcoming.

I made a mistake with my reservation and the staff changed it to another date without any additional cost. The location was also convenient, right next to Mizuuchi.

Not a hotel but a motel. But the hot toilet smells a bit. Not worth the price.

I hate to have to write anything negative about our trip but this experience dampened what was one of the most awesome few days in the most charming and beautiful Hanoi. Honestly, the only thing Central Park Hotel really has going for it is its location, but for the price, I would recommend you spend a little more for your own health. When we arrived there was a power outage in the area and whilst I understand this is out of the hotel’s control, no effort in terms of lighting was done to even light the dark, long entranceway, stairs and reception area. The one staff we met was nice enough but after handing us the keys, interactions were kept to a minimal(possibly because of limited English) but no assistance or alternative options were offered regarding our luggage and walking up the dark spiral stairs to the 6th/top floor. The room was spacious and had good natural light but it only highlighted the peeling wall paper and where I really draw the line - moisture mould (black spots and water marks) all over the ceiling. This also made the room smell of the same. It really is not safe and acceptable to pay whatever amount only to be inhaling all of that mouldy air. While we were ready to walk out from that time, we really only booked this room for a safe place to store our bags for the 10 hours before our midnight flight. We didn’t want to be caught up in complaints and discussions with the one staff running the place, so we ended up maximising a spa afternoon and coming back only to gather our things and check out. Do yourself a favour, either pay a little more for a clean and safe place, or otherwise please check your room doesn’t have this mould before agreeing to your stay. Health first!!

We wanted to stay for one week. As usual we book for one night to check out the hotel and then negotiate for a week. The room was booked and the price agreed. When the weekend arrived suddenly they wanted us to move to another room and pay more than double. This is NOT how you treat guests. The staff were great but only do as they are told. The owners have no idea about creating customer satisfaction. Not recommended to stay here and will not go back there again.

From outside....the hotel façade will disappoint you....its a 3 ft wide entrance but as you walk inside...a passage will leads to its reception .... we stayed their for 2 nights in the family room and found its quite spacious and fulfilling our expectation with the budgeted deal......don't expect balcony or big window in most of the budget hotel in old quarter areas as the building are very congested and they have limited opening towards main road. all the amenities and attractions walkable distance specially the lake areas, night market, famous restaurants, beer street , French quarters etc...

Hello, I went to Hanoi on a business trip. On May 10th, I took a 6:05 flight from Incheon Airport and arrived at Noi Bai International Airport. The hotel sent a car so I was able to enter the hotel comfortably without any inconvenience. I visited the company on the 11th and 12th, worked hard, and returned to the hotel around 3:00 on the 12th. The kind and pretty Suzy told me where I could buy fruit at a cheap price, so I ate a lot of mangosteen. When it was evening and I was going to have dinner and a drink, Suzy said that frog cuisine in Vietnam was delicious, so I took a taxi and went. It was really cheap and delicious, and there was plum wine. At first, it seemed strong, but it was so delicious that I drank 3 bottles per person. Since my flight was at 10:30 in the morning on the 13th, I ate breakfast and Suzy took the hotel car to the airport, so I arrived at the airport comfortably and returned safely. I had a really enjoyable and comfortable business trip. The hotel seems even better because Suzy is at the front desk. This is my second time using the hotel, and I plan to always use it when I go to Hanoi. Suzy is really pretty and seems to think a lot from the customer's perspective. Thank you, Suzy. See you next time.

I don't know if there is another hotel with such high quality. We traveled to Hanoi for 5 nights and 6 days on April 9th. We were impressed by the low cost, excellent organization, and friendly staff. We had a comfortable stay because there were staff who could speak Korean. Hoan Kiem Lake is nearby, and it is within walking distance to the market, clothing street, and beer street. There is also a spa in the hotel, which was cooler and better than other spas around. We will go again next time.

The hotel is clean, suitable for those who travel with friends 2-3 people. The staff are very enthusiastic and lovely. I think it is very right to choose Hanoi Central Park Hotel when traveling during this time :)) Thank you very much to the staff ❤️
