The hotel is a little old, but it is clean and has all the amenities. Breakfast was buffet style, with different food every day and it was delicious.
I had originally booked a hotel outside the Old Quarter, but changed to Sunline Hotel at the last minute. As a result, the location was also great, so it was the right choice.
The staff were friendly and had great smiles!
They were also very helpful in answering questions about tours and local food. Next time I visit Hanoi, I will definitely stay at Sunline Hotel!

Nice clean quiet comfortable hotel with a roof top bar. Excellent location to walk around with many shops, restaurants and sightseeing places. Good English speaking staff who are very helpful. Highly recommend this hotel.

Place was very centralize with lots of shop to visit. Staff was super friendly and helped out with a lot of our enquiries. Would definitely book again when I come back to Hanoi.
