For the money that you pay is super affordable. It's in the tje city center and the whole neighborhood is crowded with tourists and street bars.

The owners are very attentive and they their best to offer what they can. Unfortunately, I ended up in a room that wasn't really an "upgrade" as I was told it would be. The room smelt really bad and the sheets and pillows were stained. The shower head was broken so, I had to shower holding the hose up. The bathroom smelt funny too. After complaining, the owner was nice enough to clean another room for me after her cleaner had left. She switched out the pillows and made sure the shower worked properly. We also did laundry for only 30k while other hotels charged 35k. There are some laundry places that's even less within walking distance but we are satisfied with our laundry. We got our laundry the next day folded and nicely washed. The views looked great and the new room didn't smell on the 3rd floor. However, you are in the heart of beer street, so you'll hear the music and noise around. The balcony view was really nice and made up us feel totally wrapped up in the city life. Very good

The location is very good, it is very convenient to go anywhere. Downstairs is the old neighborhood, where you can eat and shop. The room is quite spacious, with a small enclosed balcony surrounded by glass, but it is a bit noisy downstairs.

The receptionist is friendly and kind, so you can stay here with peace of mind! The cleanliness is also impeccable! The room is spacious, has a balcony, and is in a great location with a Circle K nearby! It's a 4-story building with no elevator. It's about 30 minutes from Noi Bai Airport.

Ms. Hoa Tra was very helpful. She helped me change the time after learning that my flight was delayed, and was willing to upgrade my room type for free. She is a very nice person. Although the facilities are old, they are enough for one person. Dry and wet separation, good wireless network, and instant laundry service.

I don't know about anything else, because it was the hotel I stayed at to take a shower on the last night before returning home. The location is very good, as it is on the beer street.

The location is great, within walking distance of Dong Xuan Market, Long Bien Bridge, and other interesting spots. The cheap taxi service to the airport is only 280KD, which is great for travelers. The room facilities are fine, and all amenities are provided, so you can stay comfortably, but the building is old overall, and the lack of an elevator is a big minus. It's hard to carry large luggage up to the 5th floor.
