飯店位置算是老城區的邊邊，就在鐵路旁的巷子內，但移動到各景點與餐廳都很近，晚上也不會太吵，地理位置我覺得算很不錯。飯店服務人員非常的貼心，非常感謝Mei在住宿期間的服務，入住當下就加了聯絡方式，入住期間有任何需要幫忙或翻譯的事項都可以請Mei幫忙，就連退房後Mei還會關心我們後續的行程，也幫我們把行李運送到下一間飯店，讓我們可以先去參加下龍灣的行程。房間雖然不大，但應有盡有也很乾淨，光是服務就值得了，一切都很讓人滿意。

There was a problem with the air-conditioning in the guest room, and the check-in experience was not good. It took more than 10 minutes to walk to Huanjian Lake in the downtown area. The disadvantage was that the funeral parlor was not far away, so I had to take a detour all the time. It's nice to have a welcome drink upon check-in.

The front desk staff and other staff were very kind and always greeted me with a smile. There was one person who spoke Japanese, which helped me out a lot (^^) After checking out, we were able to leave our luggage there, and we could take a shower on our way back, which was great! I'd like to stay here again next time.

The hotel location is near the old town, so it's great for walking around, and there are many things to see and do nearby! The room was very clean. It was a little disappointing that the room was too dark. The staff were very kind! Especially for Koreans, Lena staff can speak Korean and takes care of us from start to finish. When it's time for breakfast, she always calls even if we can't eat. Thanks to that, I was able to rest very well. I want to come back again next time I'm in the mines.

The hotel staff was friendly and very helpful especially Mei. She gave me recommendations on places to go and eat not only in Hanoi itself but also Hoi An and HCMC. She has been a great help for me especially for a first time traveller in Vietnam. I arrived at the hotel at 1pm and they let me check in a little earlier after knowing that I have an early flight tomorrow out of Hanoi. They even offered to have breakfast packed for me so that I can have it in the wee hours of midnight because my flight leaves early in the morning and I wouldn't be able to enjoy their breakfast
