It is close to the train station and is a little off the main road, so it is quiet. It was nice to be able to walk to and from the old quarter. The facilities were good and the breakfast was delicious. It is a good value residence, so I recommend it for family trips.

The hotel reception staff are helpful and welcoming. All can speak English, too.
Hotel room is clean and tidy. Good size for a family of 4.
Though the hotel is located in a small lane, off the main road, it is conveniently situated near cafes, boutiques, pharmacies n eateries. In fact, we have our hair n nails done just opposite our hotel. It is also within 15 minutes walk to the river.
All in all, we have a pleasant stay in the hotel. Will recommend

You can choose whatever you want in the city center at this price, and they are all better than this. The room is damp, there are windows but no lighting, very stuffy. The location is in a small alley.

The room was clean as it was just built.
The room also has a living room where you can relax.
There was a washing machine, so it was convenient to wash sweaty clothes immediately.
The lady at the reception was very friendly and answered my questions politely.
The location is in downtown, close to the old town and Hanoi station, and the first airport bus is close, so that point is also convenient.
I would like to use it again when I go to Hanoi.

Andrew and the team were super helpful. Cabs booked local knowledge shared and always kind. We travelled to and from Hanoi several times visiting other parts of Vietnam leaving luggage to pick up later. The rooms were comfortable and very clean. I preferred to breakfast out though Good location for getting around Hanoi

A lovely apartment style hotel, impressively quiet given how close it is to the central street of the old district! Everything is within walking distance and the staff will help you get taxis if you need to go any further. All the staff are so helpful and kind, Andrew helped us with so much and even gave us a taxi upgrade for free since we ended up with too much luggage! They also allowed us to store our suitcases while we travelled around Vietnam, which was a great help. We travelled as a family of 4 and stayed in both types of apartment, and would recommend both to anyone. A great stay, we would definitely come back!

Had a wonderful stay in this apartment hotel in the Old Quarter . Location was great which was 10 minutes walk to the Lake and short walk to shopping streets . The apartment was clean and spacious , good WiFi . Breakfast was very good with varieties. The staff were excellent- very courteous and gave good recommendations. Special thanks to Tommy and Andrew.

If I am being honest, Transportation in Hanoi is a great challenge if we do not have a fixed driver or there is no grab to move us around the city. On the eve of New Year, we returned from our Ha Long Bay trip around 8.30pm and felt very hungry. Shortly later we couldn't get a grab and decided to walk 2km trying to get to the halal restaurant. Along the way me and my friends got separated and lost in the busy Old Quarters. Feeling desperate I message Tommy seeking help and it was a miracle and blessing he replied and came to save us. *Bearing in mind it was a few minutes to countdown* and this young man is consistently updating me on the progress of getting a car back to the hotel. While everyone in the world is busy preparing for the New Year countdown but Mr Tommy decided to be our Hero for the night. Plus language barrier will be quite a challenge at most places but its not a problem when we staying here because all the staff understand your needs and open for any small chat.
