Just next to Hoan Kiem Lake, convenient for city walk around old quarter. A boutique hotel, good service and facilities at this price range.

This hotel was perfect for our Vietnamese honeymoon! The hotel organised a little surprise decoration just for us! It was very lovely and they were very welcoming!

I would recommend it’s nice and central , nice breakfast, tours groups respectul team this hotel you get hotel pick and drop offs. I love this hotel!!
We have stayed in many hotels in this region, but this one is by far the best!
The staff are amazing and the level of service is next level!
It's a little pricy for the region, but you get more than you expect back. The Sky bar can boast some of the best views in Hanoi over turtle late and serves some very special food, but again you will pay for the privilege as this is not a cheap hotel with services from the spa, restaurant and sky bar are incurring a significantly high price tag in comparison to other establishments in Hanoi.
Overall I can not recommend this hotel enough, just come with plenty of coin in your pocket!

The hotel was located right across the road from Hoàn Kiếm and the roof top had great views of the lake and the city. The hotel is also located right next to the old quarter and is only a 10 minute drive to other attractions in Hanoi. The hotel was very clean and the staff are very welcoming.

The hotel is located in Hanoi's old quarter near the hoan kiem lake. Friendly staff make your stay wonderful. The room is clean, with amenities like a digital safe, cleaning shampoo, body, hair dryer and etc. Free Wifi connection around the building.

The Sinfonia del Rey was a great place to stay to end my time in Hanoi. The location was ideal and the service - especially from Brian - made me feel like a VIP. There is a beautiful view from the restaurant on the 7th floor and an even better view from the rooftop bar which had live music while I was there. The rooms are smaller than average but they are well appointed, clean, and relatively new with a very comfortable bed. It’s the service from the staff that shined most during my stay. Recommended!

This Hotel underestimate , the staff , they are excellent service mindset, and even i leave the hotel early morning. They just packed box set of breakfast with a cute souvenir. Thanks for make our honeymoon trip such a wonderful!

Loved the place and the location, the staff is amazing and the breakfast abundant and delicious. We also tried the spa and loved the massage. Rooms are spacious and modern, very clean.

If I had to describe best service in hotel so far, this hotel tops my list. From the moment we arrived at the hotel, to impeccable check in experience, welcome drink and snacks, we felt extremely welcomed. The staffs here are the truly the best; friendly, always smiling and proactive to help!!! Secondly the room and the bathroom was spacious, luxuriously decorated and aesthetically pleasing. Food on rooftop restaurant was scrumptious. I doubled my meal portion during breakfast cuz it was too good. Something worth mentioning was that when my local friend came to meet us and was waiting in the lobby, they were also serving him welcome drink during his wait. Trust me I am not exaggerating, you will be rewarded with best hospitality in this hotel. I am telling this after staying in numerous properties over 7 years.
