Ana and Rose were the most enthusiastic hosts to welcome you. Check-in after 12nn was a breeze. We were ushered into our room on the second floor. It was an executive room with twin beds and a balcony. We thought that it would be noisy as it was facing the road but it wasnt. The location was convenient (it was on a side street) rather than along the main road (Pho Hang Bo). The room was very big, impressive. The amenities were ok: towel, bedsheets, hair dryer, toiletries - decent enough to do their function. Breakfast was included, and you need to go to the 6th floor. The fare included both local food (pho) and western style like french toast. I love hanging by the balcony looking at the daily going ons of the local people, observing go about their daily life: hawking fresh fruits and flowers, eating pho... Location: it is at the center of the Old Quarter and it's mostly about 8 to 12 mins walking distance to some of the key attractions like the train street, the night market, the St. Joseph Cathedral, the prison museum. I dont mind booking this hotel again if I ever visit Hanoi again.

This is a three-star hotel, which is very good according to three-star standards. When checking in, the guests were all Westerners and could communicate in English. There was no noon service. Most of the hotels in the old city are built. If it rains at night when you check in, you should avoid the third floor because they have iron roofs. If it rains heavily at night, the sound will be "explosive", but for the locals, In other words, this is very common; in addition, the room has two doors, one of which is a safety door. The setting is as shown below. Breakfast is on the top floor. Although it is small, it provides ordering. The service is very friendly and you can order repeatedly. It is full of sincerity.

I only spent one night in the hotel and it was very good, the room was very clean, the bathroom was spacious, A/C, the breakfast was very good. The attention from the staff is also very good. For Western people it is a good place, there is no noise and it is close to most tourist sites, it is even close to the area of bars, restaurants, cafes, banks.

It is located near Hoan Kiem Lake and is not far from Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum and West Lake, so it is easy to move around on foot, and the service of the staff is generally satisfactory.

Stayed here for 4 days and 3 nights. Room was VALUE for money. It was clean. Sheets and towels were changed everyday. We arrived around 3AM and their reception was 24hrs so we didn’t have a problem checking in. The staff (I forgot to get his name) explained all the things we have to remember upon check-in. We were always looking forward for the breakfast since the meals were served fresh and we like the “cook to order” meals that they have too. My mom LOVED their omelette. Kitchen staff were nice as well. We have spoken with Anna a couple of times and she’s been friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Will definitely come back next time.

I recently stayed at The Hotel and had a wonderful experience, thanks to the exceptional staff, especially David. I had rented a motorbike in Hanoi, and when it came time to return it, I struggled to find the shop. David went above and beyond to help me. He not only located the shop for me but also personally spoke to the shop owner to ensure everything was handled smoothly. Because of his assistance, I was able to return the bike and retrieve my passport without any issues. The entire staff at The Hotel is incredibly helpful and amazing. They are always polite, smiling, and ready to assist with anything you need. The breakfast spread is also impressive, offering a variety of delicious options. I highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding service and friendly atmosphere. Thank you, David, and the entire team for making my stay so memorable!

What we liked: Location: Very convenient and close to Hoan Kiem Lake Room: Our room was clean and spacious, and the bathtub was a nice touch The Receptionist, Anna: She's very welcoming and always ready to help us with anything. What we didn't like: Breakfast was just basic and almost the same everyday. Breakfast area was too small and can get pretty crowded.

Hotel room was clean and tidy. It was overlooking the roadway and right next to a back packers/bar so we thought it may get a little noisy with the traffic etc but it was pretty good in the end. The small restaurant had minimal seating so if everyone eats at a similar time then there is not enough seating for everyone but you can take meals back to the room if you prefer. The breakfast timings are generous too - between 6:30am and 10am so that helps with this issue too. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful with suggestions about things to do. I would stay there again.
