Super clean and comfortable bed with great hotel amenities! Price was reasonable for a five star hotel. Will come back again!

Every single staff was very kind and accommodating. Nice gym and pool. Had an absolutely amazing staycation! :)

Brilliant experience from start to finish!! Staff extremely helpful as where the tour people involved with hotel. Gym was excellent with on site spa and swimming pool would definitely recommend

Very spacious room and friendly staff. It is little away from the main market but you can easily get taxi outside. But be aware of scammer taxi drivers who insist you going by meter. Always book taxi using mobile app like Grab or pre negotiate the price.

That was a perfect place. Very kind staff overall speaking. Wonderful breakfast buffet. High speed internet which helped me a lot for my teaching and meetings. I would love to be here again. Above all, my prime king room looks exactly as in the photos and even better. In short, this place is a perfect choice. I wanted to stay here more but I was not able to extend the same type of room.
The only shortcoming is that I arrived early and I had to choose between waiting 5 hours or pay one full night to check in early which was a bit unfair in my view.
Once again, thanks for the perfect services provided. 🤗👍⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

From airport is around 30 mins. Located in downtown of Hanoi. Reception staff is very helpful. Breakfast is so so.

Good breakfast, but carpet is not cleaned properly in the room that’s why smells not good. Windows cannot be opened. The staff is very good and friendly.
