The trip was great.

This is good hotel

We had some incidents, but the staff at the tap were kind and nice ^_^ Even though it was cheap, it had hot water, and the toilet was very well equipped, with toilet paper to flush! There is a bus stop nearby, and if you take the bus, you can go straight to Hanoi city for 50 yen! There is Highland Coffee across the road, and there are many restaurants, so I don't think you will have any trouble finding something to eat! Anyway, the staff are the best! !

The hotel is very lively and convenient. But on the last day of my stay, I was knocked on the door and asked to do the housekeeping before I even got up. It felt bad.

The pillow is dirty

I've been here before. Located on the street, convenient for walking out to find food and drinks. Compared to rooms in the old town area, the rooms here are much more spacious. The hotel owner is very cute.

Clean space, enthusiastic staff

The room is decent and the location is convenient.

The hotel is located in a convenient location, opposite the Highlands coffee. Well-equipped. Hygiene needs to be more assured because there is still hair from previous guests left in the bathroom, blankets and bed sheets are still stained. Service needs to be more proactive with customers. Overall, not great, but not bad either.
