No elevator, so we had to walk up to our room, which is on the last floor. The room was clean, and the owner was very accommodating.

Very good quality-price ratio, next to the ancient city, and the owner was super friendly and willing to help with everything, we bought the tour to Ha Long, very happy, thank you very much for everything

.: The hotel is cost-effective, the environment is beautiful, and the rooms are clean. I especially want to praise the waiter at the front desk who can communicate in Chinese. She is not only enthusiastic, but also caring about the guests in detail and willing to help guests book tickets and call taxis. I will recommend this hotel to my friends and colleagues when they come to Halong Bay.

The location and price are good and the owner is friendly. However, the building is old and there is no elevator. However, it is clean, so I think it is the best if you just want to sleep.

2 towels, no refrigerator, just an uncomfortable bed, no hygiene at all.

What a brilliant hotel for the money.Tian was ver helpful and a nice guy . We are coming back in June as we like the city and hotel so much.anything we needed was not too much trouble. It’s location is really good. Tian organised trips I would recommend the Ha . Long bay 1 it was beautiful.

Had a wonderful time here throughout our stay so much so that we returned twice when in Hanoi. The man on reception could not be any more helpful or cheerful even when faced with my grumpy head early in the morning! Could not fault the place and would encourage anyone looking to stay in Hanoi to stay here. Owner made a massive effort to ensure we had an excellent experience and went to great efforts organising excursions, taxis, sorting our phones, organising laundry etc.

Highly recommend staying here, perfect location in old quarter, walking distance to everything, room spacious, spotless and comfortable bed. Fantastic cheap and quick laundry service. However the highlight was the wonderful man at reception. He is so warm and welcoming, greeted you every morning and evening with high-fives, handshakes and jokes. He went above and beyond for us, helping to organise our tours, buses, taxis all at discounted rates, he allowed us to leave our bags with him while on tours. He really made our stay so much easier and better, we ended up going back to stay 3 times because we loved it so much. 10/10 all round! Thank you so much for everything! We will miss you!

Owner very friendly and helpful, super cheerful which was a great welcome after a long day. Rooms spacious, clean and a hot shower which is always a bonus! Enjoyed our stay here, close enough to it all, but far enough way you have not got the noise. Would stay again, thank you!

Stayed 4 nights here. The room was cute and clean but it was all about the hotel owner. He booked us discounted tours and fronted the money so we only paid when we checked out but he was so accommodating and helpful, really made our Hanoi experience. Best hotel so far on our trip.
