My family and I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel for five days, and our experience was exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the receptionist, who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. What really stood out to us was the helpfulness of the staff, particularly the receptionist. She provided us with excellent recommendations for local restaurants and attractions, helped us book tours, and was always available to answer any questions we had. Her friendly and professional demeanor made us feel truly welcome and added a personal touch to our stay. I will always go back there anytime am in Hanoi.

I’ll start with reception- they were half asleep - the two bedroom suite was horrendous - the second we walked in it stinks I think the fridge was broken - WiFi did not work - closets had mold and were smelling and I didn’t want to put my clothes in there - no towels no soap nothing, DO NOT TRUST nice pictures on ******* or Google it’s not true - that’s why I booked it because the pics looked amazing - I stayed there 15 minutes enough time to cancel my booking and changing hotel- it is a dump- please update pictures put the real pictures online - I didn’t even check the pool or gym the room was so awe full I had to get out and I’m not a princess type person but basic hygiene and a towel is a must to mention the place smelled really bad - I couldn’t wait to get out - place reminded me of the show “locked up abroad” typical place where men are looking for adventures …sorry I didn’t take pics I just wanted to get out don’t trust the nice pics and yes it’s cheap but you get what you pay for -
