We chose this hotel only because we had a family room with a separate bed for a child, and there are not many of these in Asia. It's good value for money. A little tired, but good. The location is great, in the old town, next to a pond and streets with cafes.
The staff is very attentive and responsive. We took an excursion to Ha Long Bay at the hotel, I highly recommend it (we had the most comfortable option for $67).
The breakfasts are excellent, soups, fruits, main courses, meat, salads. Everything is very tasty.
Yes, and they checked us in early, right after we arrived.
The only wish for the hotel is to change the slippers for guests to classic hotel ones, these reusable small ones for men.
