The location is a pretty good choice. The breakfast has good Vietnamese-style food and some Indian-style food. The equipment and comfort are not that perfect. I don’t recommend SAP.

Having stayed at so many hotels in Hanoi, this one has the following advantages:
1. A common problem among hotels in Hanoi’s old quarter: due to old pipelines or configuration problems, the water pressure is extremely unstable and the water trickles most of the time. However, this hotel does not have this problem at all. It’s amazing! !
2. The service staff at this hotel are very friendly. Even the guy who checked in and brought you to the room didn't feel like he was putting his luggage away and waiting for a tip. This is what other hotels have!
3. Because there happened to be a birthday during the stay, the housekeeping specially decorated the room on the birthday. After returning to the hotel in the afternoon, the hotel staff also prepared a birthday cake (free) to help celebrate, which was very thoughtful!
4. The hotel staff speak very good English and can communicate easily!
5. The location is incomparably good and there is nothing picky about it.

Great location and good service. Breakfast was good. Massage was good and reasonably priced compared to the other hotel we later stayed. Will recommend this hotel in the Old Quarters.

The overall experience of this hotel trip is acceptable. The lady at the front desk is very polite and helps with luggage, which makes people feel warm. But the only drawback is that the sound insulation is poor, but it is clean.
