It is a 5-minute walk to the bus stop for bus number 86 to Noi Bai Airport. There are many convenience stores and restaurants nearby, making it convenient for tourists.
The staff were all friendly and helpful, but the fact that some of the water in the room is free and some is paid seems like it could be a problem. It would be nice if there was a price posted in the room.

I thought it was a smile hotel, but when I arrived, it was called a smile "hostel" and it was hard to tell. But it's not bad.

Zero hygiene. Everything is extremely dirty, the sheets, pillows, everything. Bathroom wall has grime on it. We swiped the side table with tissue and it came out black with dirt. Terrible experience. They told us the water was free and charged us for it claiming that only ‘the purple bottles’ were free.
