It’s difficult to stay spacious in the old town, and the hotel staff is very friendly

Environment: The hotel is very close to Hoan Kiem Lake. When you go out, turn left for two to three hundred meters and you will reach the busiest pedestrian street of Hoan Kiem Lake. Service: Tommy and the lady at the front desk are very enthusiastic and speak good English. Hygiene: The sanitation will be cleaned in time, and overall it is good.

This hotel is very well located in the Old Quarter and very near Hoan Kiem lake. Plenty of shops and eateries within walking distance. I took the Family Room with Lake View and its located towards the back of the hotel and on the 7th floor - there was a nice view of the lake. Room was a decent size and clean. Beds were medium firm and comfortable. Wifi in room was ok. The staff were also friendly and accommodating. The room came with breakfast and there was a reasonable selection, including items that are made to order (their beef pho was quite good). Would definitely stay here again.

Highly recommend to come here, cocktails and fruit juices are the best we have had since being here in Hanoi. The view is just amazing. Also staff are lovely and so accommodating and happy to help with all your needs. Could not recommend enough, definitely a place to put on your to do list.

Great hotel in Old Quarter and close proximity to multiple food options and tourist spots. Service is definitely the standard here as the reception and bell service is quick to help with the luggages during arrival and departure from the hotel. They do offer travel bookings too which you can consider. We didn’t use it we had already made a booking to Ha Long before we came to Hanoi. Staff’s proficiency in English makes it a bonus if you are an English speaker. There are even same day laundry service at a reasonable price. Great breakfast variety! There are western options such as bacon, croissant, sausage and eggs. Fruits are plenty too. You can even order pancakes, different types of eggs and pho too!! Room size is good for a couple and I like how the hotel anticipates and provides for their guests’ toiletries needs too. Air con temperature control is working and we are able to adjust it to our comfort level. It’s a pity that we are leaving already but definitely a recommended hotel on our list.

Our stay at Bella Premier was amazing! Located in the middle of a prime location. The staff there were very helpful and kind to our family. Tommy, the morning supervisor, went above and beyond to help with our questions and made our stay 10/10. Roger was also very quick with helping everyone with their questions and ordering breakfast and keeping the tables clean. The rest of the staff were excellent also. My mom who is very talkative had great conversations with them in their native tongue. Thank you for helping her too as she needed more time and help as an elderly with some mobility restrictions. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to all my friends and family.

Very nice hotel, highly recommend, service was fast and helpful and allowed us to book trips to nearby locations for cheap through them! Room was also nice with good services provided along with frequent and thorough cleaning and replenishment of towels and free water bottles

The hotel enjoys a prime location, arguably one of the best in the city. It is located in close proximity to Hoan Kiem Lake, which I understand is regarded as the heart of Hanoi. The lake is conveniently located just behind the Thang Long Water Puppet Theater. The hotel itself is well-maintained and offers a satisfactory breakfast. The staff is courteous and always willing to assist guests with any inquiries or requests.I'll be back here in the upcoming trip back to Ha Noi.

This hotel located in the CBD. I love the location and close to everything. The night market is on Saturday and Sunday nights. Cafe and restaurants are within walking distance. The staffs were friendly and helpful. The hotel has a map to help you to find your way around the city. The breakfast had lots of variety and can order from the menu. I love it. Highly recommended.

The view is amazing! The hotel is a bit old but it's still clean. The staff is friendly, but the breakfast is a bit slow because there's only one waiter. But he's really nice and helpful. The location is great, and the skybar on the 8th floor has a beautiful view of the lake.

I decided to stay at this hotel because the place I had originally booked did not meet my expectations. Even though it was midnight, the staff welcomed me very kindly. The breakfast was great; I was able to order a fresh crepe. Another positive aspect was the delicious beef noodle soup. It must also be mentioned that the room, while lacking a view of the outside, was very quiet and clean. Given its convenient location, I will return next time.

Small but comfortable room , no view as it was an internal room however this meant it was peaceful. Breakfast was limited and slow service. Tommy on reception was very helpful and friendly. Rooftop bar prices a little on the expensive side. Great location in the middle of the old town

The staff was amazing, very friendly and helpful. Also the location is great, just around the corner from the Turtle Lake and close to shops, food and the nightmarket When we went out for a few days, we were even able to leave the suitcase. Also a pretty extensive breakfast for the size of the hotel
