The hotel's location was really good and the room, although small, was enough for two people. The service was very kind and helpful, we got there very late and they helped us with the check in with no problems.

Book 3 “ Superior Double Room “ thru Trip.com.Booking even stated it come with a Queen bed.
Upon checking in hotel staff mentioned that this room the bed frame is queen size but the mattress is not queen size!Mattress is smaller like a super single!This is the first time i ever heard of this.And hotel staff pushed us to top up VND150000 per room to change to another room which has a bigger “ mattress “
Honestly its not the money but really what the hell is this?
Queen size bed but with a super single mattress???
What kind stupid reason is this?
Definitely would not recommend and not be staying here again.

Let’s talk about the good things first:
1The hotel is located in the old city. It is very convenient to reach the scenic spots and there are many places to eat around.
2 service staff are very enthusiastic
Not so good:
1The room is very small
2. The sanitary condition is not good and there are many bugs

The location of the small but nice hotel is perfect for exploring the old town. The Citadel, the Temple of Literature, the HCM Mausoleum and the West Lake are also easily accessible. Price/performance is good. The rooms are decorated in an antique style. One less bed and ottoman would make the room more comfortable for me. The breakfast was a la cart and good. The staff is super friendly and helpful.

Great little hotel in the middle of Old Quarter. Staffs are handy and everything you need is there. It's in the middle of old quarter. Easy to go places and safe traveling time by renting a motor bike.
