Location of convenience, breakfast of good, kindly service of staff..

Overall was good. But I feel staffs should be more well trained and helpful.

Perfect trip to Hanoi, the hotel is very close to the road, and it is very convenient to get a taxi. There are beef noodle shops and buffalo specialty shops nearby, which are delicious and reasonably priced. The hotel provides paid laundry at a reasonable price. In addition, the hotel staff are very polite. When they saw that we did not understand Vietnamese, they would take the initiative to ask us if we wanted to eat anything for breakfast. All in all, I am very satisfied with staying here. I booked a family room with two rooms.

It's a quiet place, and the traffic flow at the roundabout visible from the breakfast restaurant makes you feel like you're in Vietnam. The rooms are also clean and nice.

It is located in the old quarter area, making it easy to walk and find places to eat.

The hotel is clean, big and the service is very good. The most important thing is that you can change money at the front desk, which is very convenient. Recommend everyone to stay

Great hotel in the heart of Hanoi old quarter. Close to all the action , activities and points of interest. The stuff is amazing. Special thanks to Celia(server),Sunny( receptionist)and Duomg(bellboy)! God bless people of Vietnam

Very attentive staff, excellent location with everything in the old quarter walkable. Rooms were very soundproofed from the outside (which in Hanoi is excellent), but less so for internal rooms. We had loud neighbors one night and we could hear them clearly. They were also smoking and the air filtration sent the smoke straight into our room. Staff was very apologetic the next day but of course that’s not their fault at all! Overall highly recommend, very comfortable stay with easy ride from airport for about $16 USD.

Nice small family driven hotel, nicely situated close to everything. But on the negative side a room without window and according to the description a pool nearby, which wasn't an option anymore makes a huge impact on our rating negatively. But besides this nice and clean with friendly and very helpful staff.

I stayed for two night at this hotel. The staffs are very helpful and polite. The hotel is very clean and refresh whenever you entered their entrance. I also love their breakfast menu everyday. It is also super close to all the restaurant and gift shop. I will definitely return for the future trip.

Small hotel in the Old Quarter of Hanoi. Room was spacious and clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Backside of the hotel is facing a busy street so be prepared to hear some road noises and hooking starting around 6 am.
