I really love this hotel, everytime I'm in Hanoi I stay here. Very helpful and clever stuff, good rooms, all clean and the breakfast is scrumptious

Excellent service under my expectation

Clean and nice 3* hotel in the north of Hoan Kiem, friendly staff, recommended.

The environment is good, Hygiene: clean Environment: very quiet Service: Easy to communicate in English There are a lot of food nearby and the transportation is convenient. The main thing is that it is a bit remote and it is difficult for the driver to find it. Everything else is good.

Environment: It is in an alley where cars cannot drive in, which is very inconvenient. Moreover, it is surrounded by a wholesale market and there are many unloading vehicles, which can easily cause traffic jams. The location is between Ba Dinh Square and Hoan Kiem Lake, but it's actually very awkward. It costs about 10 yuan to take a taxi on both sides, and you can't walk. It is very close to a local Dong Xuan market, but this is a wholesale market, the grade is very low, and buying specialty products is not cheap. Facilities: Domestic budget hotel standards, don't expect too much, there are slippers for bathing, but no disposable slippers, overall it's okay. But the weird thing is that there is a door in the room. The front desk said it is locked, and there is a wall behind it, but it still feels extremely weird; Service: Generally speaking, one is provided in the morning. Two breakfasts should be provided, but I am reluctant to give them because I live alone. The look in my eyes makes me feel uncomfortable, but the front desk service is okay. Hygiene: The best thing is hygiene, very clean

The environment is very nice, and the breakfast is delicious. Especially the guy at the front desk is very nice and will answer questions patiently. The hotel is in the old quarter of Hanoi, convenient for shopping.

Wonderful little boutiques hotel located in a quiet alleyway. Short 5 minute walk to Old Quarter section. Breakfast is delicious, the rooms are exceptionally clean, and the front desk team is very helpful and responsive to any needs. We highly recommend.

We have a lovely experience to this hotel. all the staff are nice specially Stewy the night receptionist. He helped us so much for our first night as we arrived at 2am. ☺️ The location is very close to the center. the room is very clean and well equipped and is so cheap! well everything in vietnam is actually so affordable! ❤️

We had a great experience in this hotel, the staff is super friendly and atmosphere is great. The weather was cold and windy in Hanoi, but it was warm and nice in the room comparing bto other hotels so I loved it a lot. I'd definitely come again if I'm in Hanoi

Marigold Hotel has been a surprise, the staff is absolutely the kindest I have ever meet. They helped us with everything always with a smile and they speak a good english. The hotel is in the heart of Hanoi, close to center, extremely clean and comfortable. Of course is my place to stay in Hanoi.

the room is large and pleasant, good bed mattress, nice bathroom and clean, staff very helpful, breakfast is great, nice smart tv. location is good. well recommended for business trip. only one negative point the minibar is not cold.

The hotel is a great and relaxing place to stay. In a small alley in the northern part of the center of Hanoi. The position is really convenient if you want to take the bus to the airport and if you want to walk around the city. Rooms are super nice with a big bathroom and walk-in showers. I went to this hotel more than once and totally recommend it. Staff is super friendly too.

The hotel is good and clean. Breakfast offers several options, all very delicious. He highlighted the kindness of the staff, always willing to help, even though we do not speak English or Vietnamese, they always helped us, using the Google translator. It is very well located. The only thing to criticize is the views of the rooms that face nothing (you can see the room opposite). We stayed 2 nights, then we went on a 2-night excursion and stayed again for one more night. We were able to leave our suitcases at the hotel

My friends and I had a great experience at the hotel. The breakfast is extremely delicious and rich from European to Asian dishes (to be honest, it's a bit much for women ^^). The hotel is in a small alley but that is not a problem, very convenient to travel to tourist attractions. Especially there is no restricted area on weekends. The rooms are also very clean and the staff are friendly and enthusiastic. The owner also gave us super delicious peanut candy to take home...The 10-night hotel doesn't have it but...will definitely come back.
