Good location in old town. Very crowed place but easy to enjoy old town's infrastructure like food, drink service. Room condition is normal. Not particular.

Hotel does not look like what it is shown in picture. There is no service and breakfast is useless. Better go out and have food.

The hotel is located in a lively district and is very close to the famous tourist attraction Huanjian Lake. It is very convenient to buy local Vietnamese products or taste local traditional food. As for the hotel room, I personally think it is very clean. In addition to providing large and small towels, the hotel also provides toiletries. It is fully provided and the air-conditioning is very good. In particular, the breakfast provides a variety of staple food to choose from. The salad bar also has coffee, juice, fruits, etc. I will choose this hotel again next time.

The hotel is good, polite staff, cozy room, comfortable bed, excellent breakfast, but I don’t recommend the location in the old quarter.. very dirty, terrible smell, very noisy, chaotic traffic, all the sidewalks are filled with motorbikes, it’s impossible to walk down the street. Prices in this area are very high for everything. You can simply come to the old city to see its sights.

The main tourist attractions in Hoan Kiem can be reached within 5 to 10 minutes on foot, so the location is very good if you don't want to take a taxi often.
