Nice boutique hotel situated in the old quarter of Hanoi. Excellent and efficient service from front desk receptionist Alan and tour consultant Rose The room was spacious and the shower was clean but a little dated and could do with an update. We had a room with a balcony and it nice to watch the busy street. Hotel provided us with ear plugs as it could get noisy at night

the most disgusting hotel in vietnam smelled like pee when you walk in (the purple pillow and drape that they put on your bed... kick it off) it's old and moldy the walls are peeling off the blankets and pillows are discolored there were bugs in the room the only good thing about this place is the location but there are much more better locations nearby that look nicer (never letting my husband book again) and the price is really expensive for no reason...

HORRIBLE HOTEL. Do not book under any circumstances. So so bad. I would not recommend anybody EVER book this hotel. I am appalled at the lack of customer service shown by them. By far the WORST experience we have had with any accommodation in Vietnam over the past month.

I had a reservation, I canceled and sent request to waive the cancelation fee, and they did not respond. Two days later, they charged my credit card for 3 days, and said I did not show. The reservation was canceled due to an exceptional circumstance... they would not let me board the flight from Bangkok because my visa had not yet processed (after 10 days). It was delayed because of the ***** New Year. I then requested to let me change the dates, and they would not. Very dishonest, very inflexible, very disappointed.

Another hotel in Hoan Kiem, no problems with the hotel. There's hot wate, air cond, bed is OK. There's a kettle with coffee and tea. Quite standard, can't find much to complain about. There's food, shops all around

Found the staff, very friendly and helpful. Convenient location. Walking distance to the Hoan Kiem lake and Museum and bar street. Breakfast included was very nice. Comfortable room for the price.

very dirty already when I arrived. the room in six days was never cleaned and I could hear the cleaning ladies chatting on the stairs every morning. I've had to take out the trash by myself more than once. The staff are very helpful even if they only aim for money.
