Absolutely Awesome. highly recommend,

It's not a new hotel, even the TV is old, the internet speed is very slow

The room is very cozy, and the service is great. It feels like home, and there are free fruits in the evening. The scenery of the lake is OK, and the facilities are very Vietnamese. There are enough restaurants nearby, but nothing outstanding. But it is enough

So terrible!!! 這絕對是我近幾年來經歷最差的酒店了，不，這個頂多是個民宿中的垃圾！除了地理位置風景位置好點，其他一無是處！房間裝修是30年前80年代的狀態，老舊，蟑螂滿地！嗎早餐是點餐式的，只有幾個粉和最簡單的麪包片之類的，在河內這地方壓根就不值這個價接500+,糟透了，以後再也不會相信這種越南的公寓酒店了！！！還有，攜程上這樣的評分居然有4.5, 我嚴重懷疑！

和同事一起越南出差，訂了2個房型，一間標床一間大床，共4晚，這個酒店是史上住過最差的酒店（應該叫民宿） 有以下幾點原因： 1、標床是在大床房裡臨時搭了一張小床，類似醫院的陪護床，睡在上面床還會移動（見圖一和圖二）。 2、同事的大床房房間有小強，且房間設施有損壞（見圖三和圖四）。 3、我們所入住的房間裏面都有一股黴味，且床品都是潮潮的。 3、和店家溝通不接受大床房裡臨時搭建的小床，第一晚店家另外安排了一間空房入住，但是第二天説滿房了，沒辦法安排空房，也不接受我們退掉後面幾晚的申請。 4、房價與環境服務各方面都不對等，我們提前了很多天訂的房間，入住後發現房價跌了很多，送的水果也是爛的。 酒店各方面都是吐槽點，真不知道這個酒店的評分在4.0以上是哪裡來的？ 另外表揚攜程，在發生如上問題以後攜程幫我們積極跟進溝通和解決問題，安排了其中2晚到周邊的酒店，沒有因為在海外而出現溝通不良的情況。

We had a great stay at Wild Lotus thanks to Riva and her team who always supported us with suited recommendations and helped us on every step of our trip. The hotel offers a great view, is very clean and is located in a calmer place 15 min from the old quarter by car (which we find the best location for those who do not want to be constantly stuck in traffic in the noisy old qurter).

Very convenient location right in the center of ha noi old quarter easy to travel . Rooms are clean fully equipped friendly staff and dedicated support reasonable price compared to service quality . Good

Wild Lotus has a unique Vietnamese Interiors - Indochine Style. The food of the restaurant is delicious, great scenerio of the West Lake of the Front Room: So relaxing and chill The Receptionist are Very Friendly and Kind. definitely I would come back here when I got back to Vietnam.

The hotel is near pharmacies and Indian restaurants The room has a very nice view, facing West Lake The room has many amenities and beautiful furniture, the space is quiet and if you want to move into the old town, it's not too far. The newly opened Lotte commercial center is very large

Everything is great, the facilities and care are thoughtful, impressed with the hospitality. Especially love the manager Ms.River who is very friendly and professional 🫶🫶. Finally, I recommend that you come here and experience it at least once.

Customer service: this is the hotel's strongest point. The staff here are always friendly, enthusiastic and ready to help keep the rooms very clean and comfortable. The cuisine is attentive and impressive, with a diverse menu for guests. vegetarians hotel location is very good
