New cozy hotel, all is within walking distance. Rooms are clean, facilities likited but good for a basic stay.

Good hotel very forward coming service. The light in the bathroom turned on when ever it felt like which was annoying at night.

Hotel was helpful and prompt to respond to arrange a taxi pick up from the airport. It took about an hour to get to the hotel. Room had the basics and was clean. Hot water took a bit of time to work properly but was fine once it did. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I only stayed one night as I was travelling the following day. Location was good, I was able to walk to the bus station for my onward journey to Sa Pa.

Very Good property but I had to shift after 1 night coz they didn't had any smoking room available

Excellent hotel in the old quarter. The staff were unbelievably attentive, and they made my stay at the hotel so much more enjoyable. I will be returning and I am looking forward to staying again. You will not be disappointed if you book this hotel.

The lady at the front desk speaks good English and is very enthusiastic.
