I planned to stay for 3 nights and requested a room with a bathtub, but they said there wasn't one on the first night and that they would change it the next day.
They changed it the next morning, but said it was a mistake on Trip.com's part.
The breakfast was small but had a variety and felt homemade.
The female staff member was very charming.
The staff were basically obsessed with their cell phones.
It's very Vietnamese, in that they only seem to be out and about when necessary.
The location is good and you won't have trouble finding somewhere to eat once you leave the hotel.
It's down a small street so you can't call a taxi, but you can get a more Hanoi feel than in the touristy areas.
I took a bus from the airport, but the hotel was within walking distance of Hanoi Station.
Whether I'd use the hotel again or not, I'd like to stay in this area again!
