This hotel is a joke for 4 stars. Dirty rooms, poor breakfast, and plenty of better choices in Hanoi at a lower cost

Located in the old town, the location is very convenient and very quiet. The hygiene is not satisfactory, there are many small crawlers in the room and bathroom.
Most of the staff did their job, but a poor front desk guy named MyLee chased us to sell travel products. After learning that we didn't want to buy, he never said hello to us again until we checked out, and required us to leave a positive review before leaving the store.
The room photos did not match the room very well. There is basically no place to hang clothes.

Located in a super dirty and small alley. So much better hotel out there with similar pricing. Staffs were very friendly and helpful. Rooms was just normal and the air condition sounds like truck engine at night. It’s so noisy that we can’t sleep well. Definitely not worth the price. Cars can’t get thru the alley to the hotel. So be prepared to carry your luggage and walk in. Bear in mind the alley is smelly, dirty, creepy at night. 👎👎👎👎👎👎definitely not worth the price.
