Deluxe room is not as spacious as luxury room but still okay for a night or two

Good location but everything quite old and not clean at all . I ask them to open the aircon for me, they said if you want cold turn the ac off , if you want hot turn the heater mode or something... (don’t understand) Even though i do like them, we still sleep in hot temperatures 😩😩

The only advantage of this hotel is the Location which is perfect if you are planning to stay in the heart of Hanoi. Rest everything in the hotel is average. Breakfast menu is a disaster.

Very narrow room with little space for your luggage. The paint was peeling on the walls and the bathroom showed signs of mould. Clearly an old room with little upkeep. Wouldn't personally recommend.

Very close to the center, the staff is very welcoming and has breakfast. Although the equipment is a bit old, the service attitude makes up for it all.

The face towels were tattered. The hotel is old and there was a crack in the ceiling of the room. The wallpaper was peeling and dirty. There was no hot water and when I asked the front desk, I was told I had to press a switch. I went in naked without knowing and waited for a while. They gave me a welcome drink.

My son and I went on our first overseas trip to Hanoi. I am very satisfied with the hotel facilities and cleanliness for the price. And I am so satisfied that the friendliness of the staff cannot be judged by the price. In addition to the basic buffet, rice noodles and fried eggs were also provided for breakfast, and the refrigerator was also replaced. When the car picking us up at the airport was unable to arrive in front of the hotel due to traffic control, we spoke to the driver and took us out of the street and stayed with us until we boarded the car.

The hotel is clean, the staff is good, and the breakfast is great. I brought my motorcycle and the staff put a lock on it to prevent theft. Thank you.

The transportation is convenient. The room is a bit old, and the pictures of the room are not comprehensive enough. I didn't know that the room I booked has no windows and is relatively humid. It is quite convenient to have a breakfast room downstairs.

All staff at this hotel are kind. There are staff who can speak Japanese. breakfast was delicious

Of course, some people will find it noisy on the side near the street. There are three bottles of mineral water per day, no more is given, if you want more, you need to pay extra.
