Not bad staff are accomodating and approschable.accessible transportation

It’s just okay to come to the hotel to take a shower and sleep after walking around Hanoi. The location is far away from tourist attractions, but if you use Grab rides it’s kinda ok. The hotel is old and ran by 4 people, seems like a family. People are nice, but the rooms could be better furnished, in my room for example there was a desk with an old computer!!! but no chair))) in whole room there was only one power outlet for use.

The room was dirty from the dust when I arrived then I needed to clean it by myself, It was quite cold even though the conditioner is turned on. There is no hair dryer or refrigerator. The lock did not work well

The hotel is close to the center but the price is cheap. There are many dining services around at very affordable prices. Very satisfied with the trip. Friendly employee.

Sunrise is a hotel with a convenient location for a short vacation, around there are popular and clean food services, clean, good equipment and above all, enthusiastic and friendly staff.

The hotel is quite close to Au Co Theater, surrounded by many amenities but still ensures quiet. The room is spacious and airy, with both a front balcony facing the street and the school. Friendly employee. The price is moderate, cheaper when booking directly at the Reception

The building is not meant for foreigners. It has mold in the bathroom . I saw two rooms and they were the same . It is an old building and the furniture is old. Even the glas on the night stand was broken I had to put a mask on fir the few hours I was there trying to chat with *******. I am still feeling like I have dust in my throat and lungs but it could be psychosomatic. Maybe local can sleep there because the have a higher immune system but I would not recommend it for foreigners
