HEy guys.this time I have to say this hotel is definitely one of the best hotels in hanoi. really really sweet and warm welcome service from the reception team.the house is well decorated with a hundred year's history!and delicious breakfast as well. what's more,when I asked for travel tips.the beautiful young receptionist Lyn gave me quite a lot with perfect details！！！ please Stay Good and love U all....

The service is very good, the people are very enthusiastic, it is very close to the Thirty-Six Ancient Streets and the Sword Lake, the location is very good, I recommend this hotel! ! ! ! But it is a bit old and the facilities are not that new.

I am speechless. 1. The pictures and texts do not match. The pictures of the double rooms uploaded by Ctrip have external windows and the decoration is obviously good. The actual stay is not of the same level: the internal windows and the corridors can only accommodate suitcases, and the corridors are not wide enough for two people to walk side by side. In fact, the hotel is like a domestic homestay, not a standard apartment. 2. The apartment type is wrong. The order shows that the room is 28 square meters, but the actual room is about 20 square meters, definitely not 28 square meters, so I argued with the hotel front desk. 3. The level of Ctrip's international business department is not good. During the communication with the hotel front desk, they said that the order came from Ctrip, they did not cooperate with Ctrip, did not know this platform, and said that the room photos uploaded by Ctrip were completely incorrect, and the room type was not what Ctrip showed. I told them that this is the largest travel platform in China, and the other party said that they had never heard of it and denied the information on the Ctrip order. Later, after difficult English communication, the hotel was willing to change our room. Ctrip makes overseas users feel that they have no sense of security. If you hold Ctrip's things, you may be rejected and denied. Ctrip has abandoned overseas users. In this order, Ctrip has serious problems with false advertising and zero communication bridge with overseas hotel channels!

I think this hotel is great, everything is in place, except that there is some temporary renovation that makes noise from morning to 5pm. But it is acceptable.

The hotel personnel and management are not nice it all. Unfortunately they after scamming the tourists and treat you like a milking cow. The place is old and runned down, not well maintained it all and not clean. I'd not recommend this place to anyone nor would I stay here ever again.

Poor amenities. Windowless rooms. Reception staff is helpful though kitchen staff pathetic. Head chef is courteous but her team members impolite. Would not recommend stay at this hotel as over priced and over rated for facilities offered.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The service, restaurant, and front office team were incredibly helpful. The location was cozy and conveniently close to shops and restaurants. The price was affordable, and we stayed for 7 days. I would happily return anytime.

Hotel is in the perfect location, could not get any better for all the things we wanted to do. The staff are so lovely and friendly, they upgraded us for free and nothing was too much! Breakfast is lovely too. There are comfy beds with nice pillows

This hotel is the WORST. On the second day we woke up to a scratching sound coming from the ceiling which sounded like rodents. Then our shower stopped working, it only TRICKLED with cold water. Management came to look at it and told us it was “working fine”, but then later said it wouldn’t be fixed until the next day. Our room smelled like cigarette smoke at random times of the day (I’m assuming from other people smoking in the hotel). The shower didn’t work until the following morning and the water was still cold. Night management told us he would provide 50% off of our 3 nights but day management retracted this offer and said ONLY if we cancelled our booking so we “can’t leave a bad review”. Since we had already checked in, we couldn’t do this and so management wanted us to tell *********** we were “no shows”. We did not agree with this and refused to do so. Therefore management DID NOT give us any refund. If you're in the market for shady untrustworthy management, 24 hours without a proper shower, gloomy outdated rooms, and the symphony of rodents scurrying above, then this hotel is the perfect choice for you. Otherwise, save your money and AVOID THIS POOR EXCUSE OF A HOTEL AT ALL COSTS.

I had a great stay at Ken Hotel By Connek! The staff are super friendly and always ready to help. They made me feel welcome right from the start. The room? It's big and really clean. I had plenty of space to relax. And the location is awesome – it's right near Hoan Kiem Lake. Super easy to go out and explore. One cool thing – they let you keep your luggage for free. I went to Sapa for 3 days and left my bags at the hotel. It was so convenient. They even helped me book my travels, like train and bus tickets, and set up a food tour and a city tour of Hanoi. That was a huge help. I totally recommend Ken Hotel By Connek if you're in Hanoi. It's a great place with great people.

Stayed for one-night layover before heading to Phu Quoc. Absolute bargain for the price we paid. The room is quite spacious and clean. Surprised other reviewer mentioned the room was small. Perhaps we received an upgrade? Selena (Dao) was very friendly and helpful. Management should give her a raise for her excellent customer service. Highly recommended! Tip: Cafe Chất down the block is a great corner spot for people-watching.

The hotel reception are friendly, speak pretty fine English. The room is big with a huge king size bed. Amenities are the basic but enough for me. Do note you have to use the slippers provided as I assumed they don't mop the room floor. The hotel is located 7 mins walk to Hoan Kiem lake, surrounding with many good and nice local and Western food. For the price I paid, I am fully satisfied. I assumed this hotel is popular with locals too as I have came across quite a high numbers of locals checking in.

We did a small family vacation to Hanoi in May23 and stayed in a suite at Ken Hotel by Connek. The location of the hotel is very good and it is well connected. The suite was comfortable and roomy. However, the front office staff were rude and unhelpful. They either flatly refused simple requests (e.g. room deliver a cup of hot milk) or took forever to respond (15-20 minutes to room deliver 2 packets of coffee powder). The bathroom drainage was defective and water was overflowing after a shower. The flush was defective. Requests to sort these were ignored. The balcony hasn’t been cleaned in ages. The complimentary breakfast is best avoided. Overall, the management of the hotel is poor and the property is not recommended for a happy stay.

This is another boutique hotel in Hanoi, and the quality is beyond our expectations since we had experience with other similar range of hotel, reason being: 1. Cleanliness of the room and bathroom - well done! 2. Spaciousness of the room - big and unexpected! 3. Comfiness of the beds - silky bed, fluffy pillows 4. Friendliness of the hotel staff - warming and humble (despite one being complained by another traveler due to no coffee during breakfast time, we understood because they are really short of staff and on that morning, many came for breakfast at the same time hence the food and coffee ran out quickly). 5. Choices of breakfast - unbelievable lots of choice on fresh fruits 6. Strategic location of hotel - no doubt, it is within Hanoi Old Quarter, you can easily walk to any art gallery, coffee shop, eatery place. I really hoping the hotel management can keep up the good work and maintain all these, because we can't wait to go back and stay at the same hotel again.
