Hotel WiFi is a bit slow.. there are small flies at the breakfast area which I don’t like .. otherwise it is a good hotel at nice location and reasonable price …I especially love its laundry service..

This is my second time staying at this hotel. This time, my luggage got lost at the airport, but a hotel staff member kindly intervened and I was able to receive my luggage safely as quickly as possible. In this respect, the service is more than perfect, but it is a little disappointing that when I asked them to dry clean my socks were lost at the dry cleaners (who are affiliated with the hotel?). That said, there were no other issues.

It's close to Linh Lang in Hanoi and very convenient for Japanese business travelers. There are few rooms, and some of them are not spacious and have no windows. Still, it's very reasonable at just 5,000 yen with breakfast. Breakfast is a buffet, but there isn't much to choose from. It's enough if you just want to sleep.

The hotel is Japanese style so it's quite interesting. The interior is elegant and still new. Roadside location, convenient transportation. Breakfast is diverse and suitable for taste. Staff are very enthusiastic. Will come back next time.
