It’s really nice to stay in this hotel. Strategic location in the heart of old town. The owner is really helpful. And very good to stay in this Hotel for my first visit Vietnam. Hope I can comeback again next time.

Excellent location with attractions like Noam kiem lake and dong Xuan market nearby. Owner Billy was very helpful with food recommendations.

Hotel staff are really nice.Except hotel itself is horrible.
The hotel mian door close at 12am(which seems odd.) and need to call the staff after that hour.

However, we close after 12am due to security reasons, but we do have staff on duty 24/7, All our customers can freely enter and exit the hotel at any time. It seems strange to you! However, if you ask all the guests who have stayed at my hotel, they never worry about theft or strangers breaking in!

Unfortunately no photos of the room. Close to shops and tourist spots. Circle K nearby. No lifts but the lovely stuff is bery helpful to bring your luggage up and down. Perfect size room for couple who is on a budget. It doesnt look very appealing outside but It is worth your money. The front desk is really nice and make sure to message him what time is your arrival. Enjoy.

We stayed 2 nights. First night 7pm., during my boyfriend took the shower, the water was not running, we complained. The staff said it might took few minutes the water will come back but 15 min later, still no water. I had to buy bottles of water from minimart to let him finish the shower. Then that night, we went out and came back after midnight, there was still no water. 🤬😡😡 Even, we woke up in the morning 6am. still no water, we planed to check out and ask the refund. But finally, 10am. the water came back! So, we decided to stay.
On our leaving day, we booked the taxi to airport with the staff on 6am. The driver came on 06.30am. wt??😤😤
But, we luckily made it on time.

The name is quite small at the front, the front is a booking agency and above is hotels. The room is nice however there are some broken facilities such as the refrigerator isn't cold and the lamp buttons are quite confusing. The bathroom ceiling has fallen pieces. Staffs are super friendly. This hotel has no elevator, if you have a huge luggage it will be difficult to lift it above.

Location is good, reception pretty helpful and polite, best offer motorcycle renting price, room is so small but it’s ok for it’s price. Totally this hotel is nice for young couples

Had a comfortable stay in 302. Although a bit old. The room was beautiful, had lovely view of the road and staff were very attentive. Location excellent, will return again next time in Hanoi. Lovely place. Thanks to staff at reception for always being helpful and friendly.

The location is great and very convenient. The room was clean but with signs of dust in a few spots! The staff was friendly and helpful. The amenities were pretty basic.
