Wonderful hotel and excellent service. What a surprise It's my wife's birthday during my stay, the hotel has decorated the room with roses and balloons. FO staff Alex escort us when we arrived, he is very nice and professional. We really have a great time staying at the hotel. The breafast is tasty and delicious. The hotel is highly recommended if you go to Hanoi.

GM Premium was the best hotel we stayed in during our trip to Hanoi. The rooms were clean, high quality and very comfortable. The hotel ameneties catered to our needs perfectly. Vivian was an excellent host throughout our stay. She is very insightful with local knowledge and recommendations. Her sense of humour kept us in good spirits every day. We will definitely be back!

Great location, very clean & friendly staff!

I'v never ever had this kind service before. The employees are such a sweetheart and their service was very carefully customer oriented. Vietnam is such a beautiful country that i want to visit again forever. This hotel made our memory more beautiful💐💐💐💐💐💐💐💐

Great location and the room was comfortable and quiet despite in the middle of everything. The bed was comfortable and the washroom was well equipped. The staff were very attentive and friendly and the quality and price of the food at the hotel was good. The breakfast was surprisingly varied. I would stay there again if I visit the old quarter again.

Unfortunately we didn’t stay in this hotel because it was under renovation and no one told us about it before. At least the staff was kind enough to help us to arrange another hotel.

This quaint and beautiful hotel is right smack of the heart of old quarter Hanoi. Many shops nearby, eateries, foot massage, tour agents, clothes and whatsnot. The usual chaotic and noisy street but the hotel room have very good sound-proof windows. Breakfast is good, especially the coffee. Service are good, especially Rosie, the frontdesk manager, who speaks fluent English and helped us arranged for the Halong Bay tour and taxi to the airport. Also provided us with good suggestions on whete to have delicious pho & bun cha. Overall very happy with this hotel and it is definitely value for money.

Room is ok. Although, I feel like the room is a little too small for the price. The balcony wasn't good. There was no view. The railing (is that what it's called?) was way too high to see anything. And if you do really try, the view wasn't good either - just old roofs. Location is pretty good. Close to the lake,where they close the roads for pedestrians on weekends, and close to everywhere else.

They do have really pretty rooms which I really love the interiors, staff were also generally helpful! However, there are some areas that are lacking - 1. Breakfast was disappointing with the limited choices and variety, 2. I would expect the sky bar to at least have bar snacks menu but sadly this is not available. 3. Wrong hot and cold indicator for the bath tub (when it’s turned to H, it’s cold water instead and vice versa). I’m not sure if the bigger rooms with bath tubs are all beside the road but it can be really noisy at certain time of the day. Overall, it was a pretty okay stay for 3 days.

Good location is the old district. Nice design with retro feel. Room is small. Lots of food around the neighborhood. Very touristy locations so many tourists traps nearby.

Overall it was a nicely designed hotel but room is small. A few design flaws in the room like water from shower room leaks out to common area. Lighting control not well planned. Being a small hotel, breakfast was also limited in range. But rooftop pool was nice. Location was good in the old town and you can walk around the hotel for food and the Beer Street. Though Trip.com says hotel was open in 2022, it did not look that new. I would say the hotel is around 3 - 5 years old. Service is average at the front desk and not very good at breakfast room. Lots of small hotel choices like this area the old town.

Most of the hotel is ok with the exceptional of the shower in the room. The drainage isnt working well and the bathroom is flooded during shower

Beautiful hotel full of amenities and big rooms. The staff were very helpful and sent a driver to pick us up at the airport even though we were late and gave us pointers of which tours to book. Best of all the price was excellent. We will definitely book again if we come back to the city. No need to think about choosing another place!
