Comfortable

Hotel is small but room was efficient used. It was clean, suitable for a short stay. Door is a bit thin so can hear people walking or talking.

I booked a room with a window but was given a windowless room next to the attic restaurant. There were a lot of ants on the stage.

Booked for a friend. The friend said that the service was very good, convenient to travel, close to tourist attractions.

The bathroom in the basic room was too small, so I upgraded the room and made a reservation for a junior suite balcony. If you don't have it, shouldn't you accept the reservation or refund the difference?

Clean and sanitary decoration is relatively new, breakfast is really good, there are many foreigners staying, the location is near the old city, easy to access, there are many restaurants and cafes around,

The location is also close to Hoan Kiem, the staff is friendly, and the value for money is excellent. Breakfast is good too.

There are a lot of exaggerated parts. It's different when you come in. There is also my fault that I caught without looking closely, but the outside of the building is only partly right on the photo, and it is placed just right so that consumers are mistaken. I think it's something that needs to be fixed. People still try to do their best. That part is appreciated.

Highly recommend as it’s in the old quarter and walking distance to most things and if not the staff are only to happy to book a grab taxi for you, the hotel is close to nice food and great coffee. The staff are very accommodating, friendly and always happy to help. The rooms are spotlessly clean.

Very good hospitality and fantastic location. I would like to mention about the Hotel Staff Lily who helped us a lot Lily arranged for superb cruise for Halong bay visit and she also guided us for night market and train street. The billing arrangement was very clear

Clean, neat and tidy. Not so crowed and not so far from places around. Breakfast is good, room is convenient to stay. Easy to get motorbikes and took only a while, almost no waiting time to ride on a bike. It is a safe place with many advantages among many other hotels.

Very kind staff. Lily was incredibly kind, helpful and generous. She offered us a free room upgrade upon arrival, and helped us book two wonderful day trips. She made sure our stay was wonderful. We would stay at this hotel again anytime, and recommend it to everyone.

Very clean rooms with excellent room service. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located in the heart of Hanoi old town which makes it easier and convenient for travelling around. Will 100% recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here the next time we visit Hanoi.
