The hotel is not too far from the airport,but bicerful whit the taxi offline because they Will charge very much, but thanks to the hotel manager heis so nice gay,an the hotel is very good,is clean an very comfortable

Response from Property: Thank you for your feedback. we are terribly sorry for the inconvenience. We unfortunately do not have an elevator and there really is no way around that. Also, our staff wasn't aware of the issue regarding the AC. There possibly could've been a small issue that needed to rectified i.e dead remote batteries. However, you we such lovely guests so we deeply regret disappointing you. we will use your feedback to improve in the future

For the price, we pay, this is the best hotel near Ha Noi airport. About 5 - 8 minutes drive and the cost is about 100000 VND.
The boss is friendly and helpful, and can also help to book a pick-up service from the airport.
The room is clean and spacious, good for a night stay.

The room didn't seem to be cleaned properly. I had requested a taxi for an early morning flight, but the arrangements were not made and I had to arrange it in a hurry, so the original 100,000 VND became 150,000 VND. There was only one bath towel. It was disappointing at the last minute.

1: The three of us booked two family suites (the family suite has a window and we want to stay more comfortable). After arriving at the hotel, the hotel owner said that there is no need for the three of you to stay in two family suites. When I clearly refused, he just left one of them. One room was changed to a double bed room (without windows), and the suite I originally booked was given to another family guest without any offer to refund the price difference.
