The hotel is off the road. Needed to guide your grab to the alley. Clean and good service. Overall recommended to stay.

I stayed one week in March 2024 for my business trip to Hanoi. A very nice and large apartment . At arrival The registration desk upgraded to a larger 2 bed room at floor 5. Comfy beds and sofa. AC works well and is silent. The kitchen is very usable. The clothes washer is new and works perfectly .... Very quiet atmosphere.... The gym is too basic and small. No swimming pool and sauna. The breakfast is average and always the same.... Fresh tea, eggs, noodle soup and fruits were my morning routine. I really enjoyed staying in Nesta apartment... Very nice room cleaning staff, very professional management desk, a seamless and comfortable stay indeed. The drawback is you need to call a taxi to reach the old quarter and other city spots. But the quality and cost are great. Highly recommended

1) The hotel staff responds to my questions promptly and they speak good English. 2) The rooms are beautiful and spacious. City view. 3) A wide selection for breakfast buffet from 6am to 10am - serves Vietnamese and western food, beverages like fruit juice, coffee and tea, desserts, salad 4) Have washing machine and dryer in the laundry area. There's no detergent in the kitchen to clean the cups. Need to get the washing powder. Overall, we have pleasant stay in Nesta - Grand Hao Nam. Feels like home.

A clean and good hotel to stay in as have modern amenities and also great breakfast. Easy to locate and going to places . Will stay here in my next trip

Serviced apartment in a convenient location. Large room with full cooking utensils and washing machine. Friendly reception and security staff. Guests arriving by car should go to the reception before taking the car out and will be given a free parking ticket. Quiet space, lots of green trees.

The hotel is very cost-effective and the rooms are large and comfortable. The breakfast is also quite rich. The Vietnamese powder is well-deserved. There is also an internet celebrity drink shop at the door, which is delicious and the bread inside is also good.

It was my first time to travel abroad and stay in an apartment. There are two hotels in this hotel next door. One is a hotel and the other is an apartment. However, I had breakfast in the apartment. I didn’t know what I had booked until the driver took me to the hotel. It’s an apartment type next door😅! The room is very new, large, comfortable, and very clean. However, the hot water is easy to jump out and there is no hot water to use. If you have children, you should let them wash first😂! The breakfast is not very rich, the juice is okay, it is an average meal, and the fact that the eggs are freshly fried is a plus 😍! There are restaurants that are really the best choice for family outings. The discrepancy is that the reservation was for a three-bedroom apartment, but when I checked in, I was told that it was being renovated and turned into a two-bedroom apartment and a one-bedroom apartment!

The facilities around the bathroom were very well-equipped, so I was able to stay there with peace of mind! The bed was just the right firmness, and I would like to stay here again.
