We stayed there 2 nights but it was good experience. Not big choice for breakfast but it's delicious! Staff helpful, professional and polite! I forgot Shorts, went to Danang and they found it and delivered me to There! Really appreciate it! Warm recommendation

A cosy hotel, yet not too fancifully set up. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful, especially the young bubbly receptionist and handsome doorman who work over the stormy typhoon night on 8 Sept. Forgot to get hold of their name, but their presence had really makes me feel like home.

Very nice location that taxi can stop. Many restaurants around and many ships around. I will definitely stay again.

I originally booked a family room, but was temporarily upgraded to an apartment, which is in another building next door. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is in the old town, but it is not easy to find. The local driver I rented a car with didn't know it very well. I got off the car and asked around before I found the hotel front desk. It doesn't feel like a luxury hotel, but it's not bad to stay for one or two nights.

The location is very good, very close to most attractions, and located in the center of the old city, very convenient.

The staff has a friendly service attitude and will proactively assist passengers with their questions, and they can also communicate in fluent English! The hotel environment is clean and tidy, and most of them accommodate families and traveling companions. The overall quality is above average! The most worth mentioning is that the bed is very comfortable~~~

I am very satisfied with the stay, the service at the hotel counter is very good, and after check-out, you can take a shower in the shower room on the first floor, because Vietnam is very hot, it is really comfortable to take a shower before going to the airport, and towels will be provided, all in all, it is very cost-effective good hotel
