I stayed here for 3 nights from 12/7/2024 to 15/7/2024.
The room was clean and well-cleaned.
As others have written, it is located in the center of the old town, so the rooms with windows are noisy, but earplugs are provided in the room, so it is not a problem. Rather, it is perfect for those who want to go out at night in the old town, as there are restaurants and nightclubs in front of the hotel.
The staff are well-educated and were very friendly and helpful to me, who is not good at English. Breakfast is a buffet style, with a lot of Western food, but it is delicious, so I ate a lot from the morning (lol)
On the third night, I went on a day trip to Halong Bay, but I forgot my shared wallet with my friend in the room and was nervous, but when I returned, it was there and I was surprised that the money I had left as a tip was untouched!
I was impressed because I was taught that in foreign countries, it is common sense to always carry valuables with you or put them in a safe, and if they are lost, it is your own fault! I thought I would still tip even without the tipping system, so I can see that this hotel is very high quality. Nevertheless, it's good value for money, so I'm very satisfied!!
It's in a good location, the food is delicious, it's cheap, there's a rooftop bar and a rooftop pool, and it was a hotel with the best service!
The only disappointment was,
- I booked a twin room, but the room for the first night was a double bed due to the hotel's circumstances. The next day, I was changed to a twin room.
- The bottom of the pool was slimy and the water was cloudy, so it felt a little dirty. I thought it was inevitable that the water would be cloudy because there were many users, but I thought the slimy bottom would be improved by cleaning.
Other than that, it was good, so I give it 5 stars!
I'd like to use it again when I come to Hanoi for a trip!
