The hotel itself is nice but the description was incorrect. It did not have a lakeview. There isn't a lakeview anywhere in the hotel. I booked it because it had a lakeview and even paid for the upgrade. When I brought this to their attention they did not care and would not cancel my reservation or refund any of my money. There was mold in the bathroom all around the tub. It had holes in the curtains in the room. You could tell they were very old. The lobby is very nice and the bellman are very helpful.

Hotel previously known as Nikko Hotel.. Most taxi drivers are not aware of new name. Hotel caters mainly business travellers, not suitable for tourists unless they have private car to move around town. Hotel room Facilities are clean but old. TV is 24" LED TV without Internet connection for YouTube or Netflix. FujiMart supermarket is across the road.

I stayed here to spend New Year's Eve in Hanoi. Although it feels a little old, the room was spacious and clean. The breakfast had Japanese food and was delicious. The staff at the front desk were very helpful, so I would like to stay there again if I have the opportunity.

I stayed here on a business trip. The front desk also spoke Japanese. The facilities are old, but the cleaning is good so there are no problems.

The hotel is conveniently located, 35 minutes from the airport. This time I asked about staying in an executive room on the 16th floor. There is a free mini bar with abundant drinks in the room, including fresh orange juice. The room is clean and tidy, and the breakfast has a variety of varieties. Friends who are used to Chinese food can choose. Moreover, Hanoi night snack bars are open until very late. After ordering with grab, the hotel service staff will thoughtfully deliver it to the room. Give you the feeling of returning home! Will come again~

The room is tidy, but overall it is old. The bed is hard and the pillows are not very comfortable. However, other hardware and services are pretty good, and the address and location are good. The breakfast is rich and tastes good.

The room was cleaned well. There was no air conditioning in the smoking room and it was hot!

It's a little far from the main tourist spots, but if you use Grab, it's not a problem. There is a Japanese supermarket next door across the road where you can buy groceries. There is also a train street nearby where you can take wonderful photos.
