I was extremely satisfied with the service at this hotel 👍🏻. The staff were very polite, and the environment was exquisite and unique. The room size was perfect for a family trip. Although there weren't many options for breakfast, you could order other dishes which were also delicious. It's conveniently located near various attractions, reachable within 10 minutes, and very close to the Train Street. I would definitely choose to stay here again next time.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They seemed genuinely there to help. Amazing hospitality. Location is amazing. Facilities are great. There's a nice skybar at the top to unwind at night. It has an amazing view of the cathedral.

This hotel boasts an excellent location and is impeccably clean. The staff, from top to bottom, consistently offer polite and enthusiastic service. The breakfast is a fantastic hybrid of semi-buffet and full buffet options, and the food quality is exceptionally high. I'll definitely be staying here again on my next trip to Hanoi.
