There are a total of forty-seven hotel rooms. Designer Bill Bensley has integrated opera elements into every detail of the hotel. The corner of the performance area on the first floor separates the open bar from the stage, and the backstage is an all-day restaurant. The dazzling grid ceiling and opera stage scenery, rehearsal stage, dressing room, retro dresses, and dozens of old objects from the French colonial period are all available. The surrounding area is an absolutely rich area with various luxury shops. There is a night-time ceremony in the evening. After turning down the bed, It comes with an eye mask and a small gift, and the data cable will be buckled with a leather buckle for you, and the small details are still full. Capella Hanoi's glorious Koki Japanese food on the B1 floor this year received 1 star. It has only 14 seats and offers a set similar to Omekase. The price is relatively expensive (basic evening set is 5,500,000/person and 8,500,000/person). The basic set meal we chose, the first is two kinds of clam teppanyaki, the second is the sea shrimp teppanyaki with vanilla sauce, the third is the signature Yaeyama beef, the beef nose certification is really speechless, the fourth is 20 minutes to make Koki's signature garlic chicken fried rice, and the final dessert was eaten in the lounge next to it. It was a combination of matcha ice cream daifuku and Japanese hot donuts. In the end, we collected RMB 20 million for champagne and drinking water alone. Thanks to the Japanese uncle chef, he was really handsome. Breakfast at Capella Hanoi is the all-day dining restaurant Backstage next to the lobby bar on the first floor. The Backstage restaurant restores the elements of the opera house to the greatest extent, creating a transparent and gorgeous golden hall, decorated with opera costumes, the flowers are yellow phalaenopsis, and the menu is “Diva’s menu”. Breakfast at Capella never disappoints, almost all are a la carte, and the a la carte menu is simply dazzling. The first page is the Vietnamese specialty Pho, which was rated as the top three Pho food in Hanoi by our guide. There are other traditional delicacies such as baguette sandwiches. In terms of Western style, the breakfast includes fresh oysters imported from France and smoked salmon waffles, which are full of sincerity. The various eggs, especially the eggs Benedict, are superbly made, and the crepes and waffles are also delicious. The chef is well-known in Vietnam. He can already eat very nice food in the hotel without leaving home. This trip has been very satisfying.

From the late night reception, we were greeting amazingly by the staff. They took care of our stuff and made sure our room was adequate for our stay. The breakfast was very delicious, lots of choice for everyone and the juices are fresh and sweet. During the meal, the floor managers were very nice and friendly, giving us suggestions on what to do, where to go and time slots for the trains streets and other activities. They reception helped us book busses and even helped with laundries. We were very happy with our experience at the hotel ^^ Managers Jacky and Tony were amazing for their help and services :)

I stay at this hotel in May with Michael who I have stay with before in Hanoi expressive in the old quarters. So I was glad to be back with Michael again after few years! He is so good with me email him to say I was coming again and had answer back over nite. This hotel excellent value for your money and their service is above anything else I have experienced in my travels! Whatever you need Michael will arrange for you whether taxi from airport luxury bus to Sapa or a trip to Halong Bay he will organise. Central located with local amenities such as mini mart, good restaurants (Japanese & its own Jasper Restaurant), cafes within the building. Pho restaurant is next street within walking distance and Korean BBQ Restaurant is 200m away from hotel. Housekeeping services to clean the rooms and clear rubbish are also excellent. Front desk counter staff are friendly and readily to help out.

The place is nice and cosy, they are about sustainability as well. The staff are really nice and helpful as well and they have free tours but the tour guides do it out of good will so tip them well Ms Ly, Ms Thanh, Ms Nhan and Mr Chien were the staff that were serving us and they made our stay very memorable

What a lovely hotel. We landed on our first day in Hanoi at this lovely property, just overlooking the lake. Its a nice, calm, quaint area with cafes and restaurants around. The rooms are spacious, best amongst all the other hotels that we stayed in.. The room, bathroom has a luxurious and Victorian kind of feel. The staff at the reception, entrance also at the breakfast restaurant were very helpful. The breakfast is also very nice, lot of variety.. thoughtful to have a little Indian food counter for breakfast. All in all we had a great stay. Thank You.

My wife and I were fortunate enough to stay at the Somerset Westpoint for about 3 months in 2021, waiting for the permanent house we had found to be available for us to move in with all our furniture. We got a furnished 2-bedroom apartment on a high floor, with an amazing view overlooking West Lake. Beautiful place, modern and stylish, all the furniture and appliances were just in perfect condition. The outdoor swimming pool (probably around 25m long) is wonderful and never crowded so you can actually swim for your daily exercise if that is part of your routine. They also have a great gym and a virtual golf practice that seems to be state of the art technology (but we never used it). So the place itself is amazing, modern and charming, pristine clean, and greatly located in Tay Ho. But even more outstanding maybe is how nice everyone has been there with us during our stay. From the housekeeping to the front desk staff and the management, everyone has just been wonderful to us (and I am not saying that just because we got a totally unexpected special chocolate treat on Bastille Day – we are French…) Impossible to mention everybody here but we would like to give special mentions to the ones that we remember the name of and that we had a special relationship with: our dedicated and meticulous housekeeper, Hoang Diu, who took such good care of our home during these three months; Kylie Quynh who was able to locate for us the manufacturer of some of the furniture at Somerset that we wanted to get for ourselves, Mr Mitchell, always so nice and pleasant, and of course Miss Minna, always smiling, who made me feel at home with her great French speaking abilities and who gave us as a souvenir an orchid from her garden that is now in ours. Also, I would like to mention someone that we have never met in person but that we exchanged a lot on WhatsApp with, Miss Doan Thanh Huyen, customer representative, who helped us with the logistic of moving in and out, and who has proven herself to be an amazing incarnation of “customer satisfaction first”. We have travelled a lot, in many different countries, and I have to say that this place really stands out. Breakfast Experience: While the overall experience was positive, one aspect that didn’t quite meet our expectations was the breakfast. The quality and variety of breakfast options were not as impressive as we had hoped. We found that dining at nearby establishments provided more satisfying options for breakfast. Conclusion: In conclusion, our stay at was enjoyable and met most of our expectations. The family room provided comfortable accommodation, the location was convenient for accessing amenities, and I would recommend it to others looking for a comfortable stay in the area. However, for those particular about breakfast, exploring options outside the hotel might offer a more satisfying experience.

Absolutely amazing experience! The hotel is in a sky scraper from where you can see all of Hanoi. I was there during the ***** new year celebrations and one of the best locations to view the firworks was the hotel's lobby and restraunt. The hotel also organized lion dance for ***** new year. The breakfast is also really good with loads and loads of cuisine options. Also try the pecan pie at the cafe, it is absolutely delicious. The best part however is the hospitality team. Kudos to them for making me and my girlfriend feel fully taken care of. Their attention to detail to each guest's plans is immaculate. It was ***** new year night and we could not find a grab as there were none available and we had a train to catch. The staff knew where we were headed as they also helped us book. They had already ordered a cab for us as we were getting late. The team made our stay delightful and I will definitely be back.
