The place is nice and cosy, they are about sustainability as well. The staff are really nice and helpful as well and they have free tours but the tour guides do it out of good will so tip them well Ms Ly, Ms Thanh, Ms Nhan and Mr Chien were the staff that were serving us and they made our stay very memorable

I stay at this hotel in May with Michael who I have stay with before in Hanoi expressive in the old quarters. So I was glad to be back with Michael again after few years! He is so good with me email him to say I was coming again and had answer back over nite. This hotel excellent value for your money and their service is above anything else I have experienced in my travels! Whatever you need Michael will arrange for you whether taxi from airport luxury bus to Sapa or a trip to Halong Bay he will organise. Also Lucy who works there and is great friendly smiling face to welcome you! Michael I will be back in September I hope to with you again. Thanks for great stay Michael & Nga

こちらのホテルは4泊5日の日程で利用しましたが、部屋は常に清潔で、クーラーは強力、朝食ビュッフェもとてもおいしかったです。特に牛肉フォーは外の有名レストランのそれよりおいしかったし、毎朝のベトナムアイスコーヒーも外のカフェと変わらないくらい美味しく、大満足です。また旅行最終日、日本へのフライトが深夜だったのですが、チェックアウトした後もシャワーを使わせてくれてとても助かりました。（あのままだと汗をかいたまま飛行機に乗らないといけなかったため）ホテルのスタッフ皆が親切でしたが、JennyとMには特に親切にしてもらいました。素晴らしい体験をありがとう！ I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights and 5 days, the room was always clean, the air conditioner was powerful, and the breakfast buffet was very good. In particular, the beef pho was better than that of the famous restaurant outside, and the Vietnamese iced coffee every morning was as delicious as the café outside, and I was very satisfied. Also, on the last day of the trip, my flight to Japan was late at night, but they let me use the shower even after checking out, which was very helpful. All the hotel staff were very nice (because I had to get on the plane sweating as it was), but Jenny and M were especially helpful. Thanks for the great experience!

From the late night reception, we were greeting amazingly by the staff. They took care of our stuff and made sure our room was adequate for our stay. The breakfast was very delicious, lots of choice for everyone and the juices are fresh and sweet. During the meal, the floor managers were very nice and friendly, giving us suggestions on what to do, where to go and time slots for the trains streets and other activities. They reception helped us book busses and even helped with laundries. We were very happy with our experience at the hotel ^^ Managers Jacky and Tony were amazing for their help and services :)

I stayed 3 nights at Hanoi Emerald Waters Hotel in the Old Quarters. It feels like staying with friends, a home away from home. Staff like Kim, Zoey, Mr Duong (night shift) was always so helpful and caring, with good recommendations on where to eat etc. The hotel is a small but cosy. My room was big, clean, with top notch facilities (safe deposit box) and the MOST comfortable bed and pillow I had ever slept on in all my travels. Breakfast was a good international spread every morning. The only complaint I have is that the air con in the room is not auto switched on every time I come back once you insert your room key (like in all other hotels), and has to be manually switched on. The position of the switch is also funny, right in the corner next to the lamp shade, rather than at the entrance of the room.

Central located with local amenities such as mini mart, good restaurants (Japanese & its own Jasper Restaurant), cafes within the building. Pho restaurant is next street within walking distance and Korean BBQ Restaurant is 200m away from hotel. Housekeeping services to clean the rooms and clear rubbish are also excellent. Front desk counter staff are friendly and readily to help out.

There are a total of forty-seven hotel rooms. Designer Bill Bensley has integrated opera elements into every detail of the hotel. The corner of the performance area on the first floor separates the open bar from the stage, and the backstage is an all-day restaurant. The dazzling grid ceiling and opera stage scenery, rehearsal stage, dressing room, retro dresses, and dozens of old objects from the French colonial period are all available. Each floor has its own theme of artists, designers, musicians, etc., and even each room has masters of corresponding themes and dramatic scenes of different styles. Overall, it is a medium-sized hotel. It is stunning at first glance. The service details are in line with the price. The selection of spare parts is also in large bottles, which is quite satisfactory. The non-alcoholic mini bar is free and refilled every day. The living room has free afternoon tea, free wine of all kinds in the evening, and all-inclusive snacks. It is worth it from a cost-effective perspective. The surrounding area is an absolutely rich area with various luxury shops. There is a night-time ceremony in the evening. After turning down the bed, It comes with an eye mask and a small gift, and the data cable will be buckled with a leather buckle for you, and the small details are still full. Capella Hanoi's glorious Koki Japanese food on the B1 floor this year received 1 star. It has only 14 seats and offers a set similar to Omekase. The price is relatively expensive (basic evening set is 5,500,000/person and 8,500,000/person). Reservations can be made by email in advance on February 14 Dinner arrived at 6:30 and it was almost full. The menu is fixed and there are not many choices, but the products are very good. The basic set meal we chose, the first is two kinds of clam teppanyaki, the second is the sea shrimp teppanyaki with vanilla sauce, the third is the signature Yaeyama beef, the beef nose certification is really speechless, the fourth is 20 minutes to make Koki's signature garlic chicken fried rice, and the final dessert was eaten in the lounge next to it. It was a combination of matcha ice cream daifuku and Japanese hot donuts. In the end, we collected RMB 20 million for champagne and drinking water alone. Thanks to the Japanese uncle chef, he was really handsome. Breakfast at Capella Hanoi is the all-day dining restaurant Backstage next to the lobby bar on the first floor. The Backstage restaurant restores the elements of the opera house to the greatest extent, creating a transparent and gorgeous golden hall, decorated with opera costumes, the flowers are yellow phalaenopsis, and the menu is “Diva’s menu”. Breakfast at Capella never disappoints, almost all are a la carte, and the a la carte menu is simply dazzling. The first page is the Vietnamese specialty Pho, which was rated as the top three Pho food in Hanoi by our guide. There are other traditional delicacies such as baguette sandwiches. In terms of Western style, the breakfast includes fresh oysters imported from France and smoked salmon waffles, which are full of sincerity. The various eggs, especially the eggs Benedict, are superbly made, and the crepes and waffles are also delicious. The chef is well-known in Vietnam. He can already eat very nice food in the hotel without leaving home. This trip has been very satisfying.

What a lovely hotel. We landed on our first day in Hanoi at this lovely property, just overlooking the lake. Its a nice, calm, quaint area with cafes and restaurants around. The rooms are spacious, best amongst all the other hotels that we stayed in.. The room, bathroom has a luxurious and Victorian kind of feel. The staff at the reception, entrance also at the breakfast restaurant were very helpful. The breakfast is also very nice, lot of variety.. thoughtful to have a little Indian food counter for breakfast. All in all we had a great stay. Thank You.

My wife and I were fortunate enough to stay at the Somerset Westpoint for about 3 months in 2021, waiting for the permanent house we had found to be available for us to move in with all our furniture. We got a furnished 2-bedroom apartment on a high floor, with an amazing view overlooking West Lake. Beautiful place, modern and stylish, all the furniture and appliances were just in perfect condition. The outdoor swimming pool (probably around 25m long) is wonderful and never crowded so you can actually swim for your daily exercise if that is part of your routine. They also have a great gym and a virtual golf practice that seems to be state of the art technology (but we never used it). So the place itself is amazing, modern and charming, pristine clean, and greatly located in Tay Ho. But even more outstanding maybe is how nice everyone has been there with us during our stay. From the housekeeping to the front desk staff and the management, everyone has just been wonderful to us (and I am not saying that just because we got a totally unexpected special chocolate treat on Bastille Day – we are French…) Impossible to mention everybody here but we would like to give special mentions to the ones that we remember the name of and that we had a special relationship with: our dedicated and meticulous housekeeper, Hoang Diu, who took such good care of our home during these three months; Kylie Quynh who was able to locate for us the manufacturer of some of the furniture at Somerset that we wanted to get for ourselves, Mr Mitchell, always so nice and pleasant, and of course Miss Minna, always smiling, who made me feel at home with her great French speaking abilities and who gave us as a souvenir an orchid from her garden that is now in ours. Also, I would like to mention someone that we have never met in person but that we exchanged a lot on WhatsApp with, Miss Doan Thanh Huyen, customer representative, who helped us with the logistic of moving in and out, and who has proven herself to be an amazing incarnation of “customer satisfaction first”. We have travelled a lot, in many different countries, and I have to say that this place really stands out.
