對住宿質量有點要求，晚上睡覺環境要求安靜的同學，勸離。
606房，窗户很臟灰塵很重，開關窗手指都是黑的。窗户質量差，風一吹就投投投的響，影響睡眠。房間隔音差，樓下餐飲多晚上很吵到2點，臨街過路車多，每輛車過噪音都很大。樓上隔壁衞生間用水泄水聲音都很大，太吵了。衞生間一股惡臭。床墊一般般，裝修和其他設施也就那樣，店家相冊有，不咋地。
定這個酒店，1是看到是停車方便，停車也沒有多方便，2是湖景，臨湖也沒有多斤。湖邊更近的雲庭也才400出頭，這個酒店306，真的一點性價比都沒有。
