周邊環境很好，就是比較偏僻，房間有些陳舊，床品沒有做到一客一換，很多頭髮毛髮，衞生間洗浴下水口也是一團頭髮。洗漱用品很簡單，用的是袋裝的洗髮露和沐浴露，洗漱被子給的是一次性紙杯。

Hygiene: It's okay not to look at the details.
Facilities: relatively simple, no place to put boxes, no hangers, no refrigerator. The security of the door is not very good.
Environment: The overall is relatively small, the room is very close. There are shopping malls around, struggle non-staple food, Qiulin company, convenient for eating and shopping. Metro Line 2 is also in front. The restaurant ends early.
Service: The service staff is very enthusiastic and the requirements can be met as much as possible.

Very clean, the super king-size bed room I stayed in was quite spacious, and the toilet seat was actually heated, which was great! The shower head had a strong flow and it was very comfortable to take a shower. There was a USB charging port which was very convenient

This is the second time we're staying at this hotel. We were given two rooms located on the 2nd floor which are kinda make-shift rooms at the mezzanine floor. One of the rooms given has poor or no ventilation. Thank you to Trip. Com (Irish, Vera and Kate) who helped us resolve this issue with the hotel staff.
Some staff at the counter look Over-stressed with their job and can be quite unpleasant or even rude when communicating with guests.
The best part of the stay will be the scrumptious breakfast spread. We enjoyed the three day's breakfast very much.
Overall, the cleanliness is tip top, too.
It's located near to two subway station as well as to the airport bus stand. Harbin Museum subway station and Harbin Railway station.

I have stayed in many hotels, but the service of this hotel is really good. The front desk service is very good and patient. They also upgraded my room for free. The room is clean and hygienic. Name confuses at first. After lookup for its location, we assumed that it meant that we can easily take a metro directly to the famous street, few stops away.
Breakfast was good. Fresh, variety and a lot it choices.
Staff at breakfast room were friendly and always helpful.
Related to staff, there is one male receptionist who spoke and understood English. With all other ladies we needed our translation application to communicate with them. Room was big, heater worked very well, too well some day, but luckily we could open our windows.
Ps. Don't take a taxi without using didi app. We got cheated on the our way back to airport.
A friend of us was even refuse for his ride to railway station...

This room left a very deep impression. As soon as you enter the room, the clean and bright environment makes you feel instantly relaxed. The space layout is reasonable, neither cramped nor cramped, and every corner can be fully utilized. The furniture is placed just right, which is not only beautiful but also very practical. The bed is soft and comfortable, ensuring a good sleep quality. The windows have excellent lighting, filling the whole room with natural light. The decoration style of the room is simple yet warm, and the color combination is harmonious, creating a peaceful atmosphere. The sanitary conditions are also impeccable and spotless, making people feel at ease. In short, this room is perfect in terms of comfort, practicality and aesthetics. I will come again next time

Very cost-effective! The location is good. It's a 10-minute walk from the subway entrance. Public transportation is also available in all directions. You don't need to take a taxi to get around. You can go anywhere by public transportation. It’s only a 10-minute walk from the train station. On the way, you can pass by Qiulin’s factory-operated store and buy authentic red sausage and big baguettes! The most important thing is that the service attitude of the lady boss is really considerate and made us feel warm during the trip. Thank you, lady boss❤️!

Location: Near Harbin Railway Station and Provincial Museum, these two places are within walking distance. The nearest subway station is the Provincial Museum. Gogol Street, Central Street, and Hongzhuan Street are in the surrounding area, and it can be reached in half an hour by subway or ten minutes by Didi. The great location is the highlight of the room.
Room: Although it is called a hotel, it is actually a B&B or inn that has been modified from a suite in an old community to a hotel. The layout, facilities, and style of the room are close to those of a hotel room, but don’t expect too much. And not the entire building is a hotel.
Facilities: New, basic configurations are available. It should be noted that there is a strong smell of bleach in the room, odor sometimes overflows from the bathroom, and the sound insulation of each room is poor. If there is any missing shampoo or shower gel, you must find it in time and ask your aunt to get it.
Service: Auntie is still very enthusiastic and can communicate with us about everything.

YYburnnavoyagesMy friend and I had the pleasure of staying at Grand Mercure hotel in Harbin, and I must say it was an exceptional experience. From the moment we entered, I was struck by the spotlessly clean surroundings and the comfortable feeling that enveloped us. The high ceiling added a touch of grandeur to the ambiance, making it feel a luxury 5-star accommodation, all at a budget-friendly price.
The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the comfortable bed and fresh linens. I had the best sleep and woke up feeling refreshed, as if I had slept like a baby. The attention to detail in ensuring a comfortable sleep experience was truly commendable.
The hotel staff deserves special mention for their exceptional service. Despite some language barriers, they went above and beyond to assist me with anything I needed and provide accurate information. I vividly remember ALAN CHEN or Chan, although I'm unsure of the exact spelling of his name. He was always attentive to our concerns and questions, taking the time to communicate and ensure we received the correct directions. Their dedication and willingness to assist made a lasting impression on me.
In terms of location, the hotel was conveniently located near a bus stop, making it easily accessible from the airport which is around 45mins or less.
The ride took less than 10 minutes to reach the high-speed railway station from the hotel. However, I must mention that there weren't many convenient shops in the immediate vicinity, which might be a minor inconvenience for some travelers.
Our only issue during our stay was the room temperature, which was quite warm. Despite adjusting the thermostat, we couldn't achieve a comfortable coolness. We resorted to opening the window slightly to let in some fresh air, but leaving it open throughout the night posed the risk of catching a cold. It would be highly beneficial if the hotel could consider providing a humidifier, as the air in the room felt excessively dry.
Overall, my stay at this hotel was truly amazing. The cleanliness of the hotel, the exceptional staff, and the convenient location all contributed to a memorable experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Harbin and would absolutely choose to stay here again on my next visit. The management may want to look into improving the room temperature control and addressing the dryness in the air to ensure an even more pleasant stay for future guests.

We recently travelled to Harbin and after looking at many of the hotels and reading the reviews we decided that this was the hotel for us. However we were shocked to find the poor service and cleanliness during our stay.
Location: The location of the hotel is a huge plus point as it’s very close to the central street & not too much of a distance to reach the main tourist attractions (20/30 min taxi ride). The location is also close to lots of restaurants which is very convenient.
Service: This is an area which could definitely do with improvement especially the evening staff, upon checkin the staff were friendly and welcoming however when we raised issues with the hotel room they became very rude and disrespectful. When we arrived to our room we found we had no face cloths - not a big issue and one that was resolved in a timely manner. However we then had to ask for the face cloths each day after housekeeping had changed the towels which isn’t an issue in itself more of an inconvenience . However the staff at the front desk seemed to find it quite funny (staff members laughing when we mentioned our room number at the front desk) that we had several issues with our room.
Amenities: The hotel has a robot delivery service for when you order food and other items from meituan which is a convenient way to get your things. The shower in the room was broken but was fixed in a timely manner. The room air con is basically just an ornament, the temperature of the room cannot be changed - it was set at 34 celsius one night - you can open a window but it will get cold quite quickly.
Cleanliness: Another area with room for improvement - the hotel room is rather dusty with dust falling from the ceiling above the bed. The sink was not cleaned when we checked in. On one occasion we were given ‘fresh’ towels with make up stains on.
Unfortunately we would not stay here again.

MMark GBRLast minute booking 👍 and a very good stay. Close to what we wanted but in a quiet location. Seem less check in and the room is fully equipped and well decorated. The free afternoon tea is a nice touch too. Overall there are no negatives. The price is the same as other larger hotels in Harbin but offers a more relaxed feel. My wife said the breakfast was good 👍

XXiaohuanThe villa we booked is in a very good location. Manager Wang is a very nice person. He provides pick-up and drop-off services wherever we go. On the day we returned, it was not yet time for the high-speed train, and he even sent us to other places to play. We asked him to book tickets and the chartered car service was perfect.

NNielsenJonathanMy wife and I went to Yabuli for the first time and happened to find this very cute place to stay. Both of us don't speak Chinese but the host lady was such a pleasure, she went out of her way to make our stay pleasant. We communicated via WeChat translation. She collected us from the train station and took us into town to help me buy and electronic cigarette as my wife's had stopped working. She then back tracked and took us to our apartment, where we checked in. Total trip was about 40 mins for 60RMB, not bad at all.
Our room was very quaint, and clean. It was on on the ground floor and had a communal entrance for other guests, but the room itself had its own card accessed key, own toilet and shower. There was also an additional area up a staircase in the room which had an additional bed on the floor. The room had it's own TV which was a good of good quality and complementary WiFi and 2 bottles of water and a kettle. The room itself was warm and toasty with underfloor heating, and you couldn't feel the - 20 degrees outside which was a real concern of mine before travelling
All in all, we were very happy for the quality of the room we received and couldn't believe how cheap it was for the quality
After check-in, the host drove my wife and I 500 metres up the road to show us where we could go for lunch. The lunch was simple dumplings and noodle soup, but very tasty.
The following morning we had the free breakfast which is a couple of houses away from where we stayed. It consisted of local dough bread with chinese vegetables and some rice soup. It wasn't my cup of tea but it was satisfying.
Our host had arranged to take my wife and I into the city to get our covid tests done for our departure next day. We shared a car with another couple back into the city and had it done and this was so helpful as we needed it to reenter Harbin.
The ride to the test centre was 30RMB and really with the money. The cobid test was
After our test, we were taken skiing by our host at the ski resort. We stayed there for 3 hours before being collected and taken back to our room. This again was managed all by our host who help us hire the skiing equipment too.
That evening my wife and I order delivery to our property where our host help is ensure we had the right address as it was all in Chinese.
At the same time, our host ensured they received our covid test results
The following morning we checked out, we received our covid tests results from our hosts and again were transported back to the train station by them
Overall,it was a short but really wonderful stay, our hosts provided a clean, charming and lovely place to stay but thier service was extraordinary, they couldn't do enough to make our stay as pleasant and as easy as possible, I would recommend

PpurplepolarbearExcellent location with super clean big room! The hostel is directly opposite exit 1 of the Zhongyang Street subway station. There are bus stops nearby too . It was only a five minute walk to the famous Hongzhuan Morning Market and then minutes on foot from Central Street. It's in a busy area but not noisy at all. Wifi connection was steady and fast and the aircon worked well. The hot water was always available and water pressure was high. Highly recommend staying here for a convenient and comfortable stay in Harbin!

GGuest UserThe three times I visited Harbin, I always stayed at the youth hostel in the morning. Because when I went to Mohe, I kept my luggage at the youth hostel for two days. It was really good. You can also play table tennis there. The main reason is that the location is really good, just 50 meters away from the Central Street subway entrance. I will stay here again when I go to Harbin in winter.

SShenqidebudaowengThe Yablony Hotel is really ski-in and ski-out. There is a ski center inside the hotel, KFC is downstairs, and the ski center of Sunshine Ski Resort is next door. Very convenient indeed.
The snow-view king bed room is really beautiful. Open the window and you can see the cable car and the ski slopes.
The only frustrating thing is that I called after 11 o'clock to ask for check-out, but check-in has to be after 14 o'clock. 4 stars for service, 5 stars for everything else.
