The hotel was clean and staff friendly and helpful. The suite was well designed and ideal with 2 young kids. Only bad thing was I couldn't turn down the central heating. Even with the windows open it didn't cool down. It was in the middle of the winter and the room temperature was 27 Celcius. It was too hot to put on anything more than shorts and t-shirt inside the room. Buffet breakfast has everything you'd want. There is a small supermarket nextdoor and some good restaurants in the area.

The room is clean and tidy, the service is warm and thoughtful, and the location is excellent. It is just opposite Harbin Railway Station and close to Qiulin Songlei and Central Street. Seeing that we brought a baby, they upgraded the room for free.

I happened to come to Harbin to travel and visit friends, and I booked this hotel. The transportation is quite convenient. There is a subway station at the door of the hotel. The hotel looks quite grand, and the inside is magnificent, like a palace. The guest rooms are quite comfortable, with all the supplies. The environment is quite quiet, and the waiters are also very enthusiastic and proactive. I had a buffet meal at the hotel. The dishes were rich and tasted good. The waiters were also very thoughtful. The overall feeling was very good!

Health: A very good hotel, newly renovated, with new facilities and no decoration smell at all. I particularly like the hotel's mattresses and bedding. Parking: The hotel has its own parking lot, which is very convenient. Service: The front desk service is very friendly. Any questions will be answered. There are cute robots that deliver things, which is very convenient. Location: Close to the Children's Park. You can go for a walk in the park every morning. There are many people and lush trees, which is very suitable for morning exercises. Can breathe fresh air. There are also cute little squirrels. Eating, drinking and shopping: There are morning and night markets in front of the hotel, which are very lively. The transportation is also convenient. It’s very close to everywhere. I love it. I will stay here for my future business trips~

Great hotel, close to the metro, and opposite the street there were tons of food to select from. Overall, it was great. At the first day, they cleaned our room a lil late, so we went and complain. The hotel react promptly, and the next day it was fine.

Generally the hotel is good and the staffs are friendly We checked in on the 21/6/24 and booked for 2 nights . It was a good and warm experience on checking in.The front desk staff were courteous , and efficient.. There was one smartly dressed plumb young man standing beside the receptionist . We were enquiring about the where/what /when /How of Harbin . On hearing us , he immediately came up to us and started explaining to us . After dropping our luggages n bags into our family room , we startour city tour, so I requested for help at the front desk. The man líu hè 刘赫 at the counter was very 👍👍👍 He was very helpful . As we (3 senior aunties in their sixties/seventies ) were not familiar with the e-calling of Chinese “taxi/grab” ,we requested the front desk for assistance. Mr 刘赫 immediately and voluntarily went to the roadside to

Clean and tidy, good service, during the National Day holiday, they also gave us a fruit plate, and the breakfast was also rich. The hotel's disposable items are of good quality, the slippers are thick, and the supplies are complete. There are rooms facing the street and not facing the street. The overall experience is very good. The TV is an Internet TV, and the toilet is smart. Overall, it is far ahead of many hotels under Huamouzhu!

We stayed at the hotel as a family of four for three nights. The check-in went quickly and smoothly. All our requests were met and we settled in right away with no issues. Our room was quiet (no street noise) with a great city-view facing the Main Street. The cleaning was usual. The supplies were refilled daily. Breakfast had Chinese and western-like options. All staff was friendly and welcoming. The check out was quick. The porter helped us with our luggage (a carry-on suitcase, tote bag, and stroller) and bid farewell. One thing that would make this stay a better experience is to have more control of the light in the room. One could only have all of it on or off, no bed light. And the rain shower could use some minor fixing. Overall, we had great experience and it was a much better option space-wise (45 sq.m) and money-wise compared to other hotels of the same type and star rating.

We booked on Ctrip.com. We were traveling as a family. We booked a suite, which was very convenient and spacious. Our baby liked it very much. There was a large bathtub in the room. The experience was super good. The price-performance ratio was very high. The room facilities were complete, clean and hygienic. The Four Books and Five Classics and Thirty-Six Stratagems were also prepared attentively, which was full of details. The hotel also has laundry facilities, a children's playground, and fitness equipment. The hotel's service staff are very enthusiastic and meticulous. The breakfast is also good, with many dishes. I didn't expect the noodles to taste super good. The hotel also provides free afternoon tea and free midnight snacks, which is great. The hotel is right outside Wanda Plaza, which is very prosperous. There is a supermarket in the basement of the hotel, which is very convenient. The service attitude of the room manager Dong is good and enthusiastic. It is a very satisfactory trip. It is super good. I will choose it again when I come to Harbin.
