The hotel is in a great location! It is only 1.2 kilometers away from Central Street. The First Hospital of Harbin Medical University can be seen from the hotel window. Nearby are Jihong Primary School, Harbin No. 3 Middle School, and Northeast Martyrs Memorial Hall (the former site of the Puppet Manchukuo Police Station). Although the hotel is not on a commercial street, it is very close to Jianshe Street and Toulong. The biggest advantage of this location is that you can go shopping everywhere. It is very quiet at night and you will not be woken up by various noises downstairs! I have stayed at her house three times and the experience is very good! Because of the illness this time, I asked the front desk to deliver water at 11:30 at night. The front desk answered the phone quickly, and the robot delivered water to the room in a few minutes! I will go to his house again in the future!

After getting off the airport bus, it's just over 200 meters to the hotel. I stayed for two nights and upgraded the room type. The hotel room is not big and the soundproofing is not good. You can hear everything the opposite room says. Then there is the bathroom. Although it is separated into dry and wet areas, the door of the shower in the room I stayed in can be opened on both sides, and the door on the other side is gone, so the area around the toilet will get wet. However, this hotel is very convenient to go everywhere. It takes more than 10 minutes to walk to Central Street and Hagia Sophia.

I came here last winter. I was very satisfied. I booked this hotel again when I came to Harbin this time. The hotel has been upgraded and renovated. The facilities are more complete. The front desk staff is very considerate. The security guard helped me carry my luggage when I got off the car. I was very warmly welcomed in the lobby and I was given a cup of hot tea. It was very cold outside and not very comfortable. It made me feel really happy all of a sudden. I like the hotel's service 👍.

Name confuses at first. After lookup for its location, we assumed that it meant that we can easily take a metro directly to the famous street, few stops away.
Breakfast was good. Fresh, variety and a lot it choices.
Staff at breakfast room were friendly and always helpful.
Related to staff, there is one male receptionist who spoke and understood English. With all other ladies we needed our translation application to communicate with them. Room was big, heater worked very well, too well some day, but luckily we could open our windows.
Ps. Don't take a taxi without using didi app. We got cheated on the our way back to airport.
A friend of us was even refuse for his ride to railway station...

Yes, the room is decorated in a style that has been in place for many years. The carpet is old and cannot be washed out. It looks a bit dirty. Every room has a bathtub. You need to stand in the bathtub to take a bath. It is very close to the First Hospital of Harbin Medical University. If It is very convenient to stay in this hotel when I go to the hospital. The price is reasonable in such a location. The front desk service is still very good. The air conditioning in the room has a good cooling effect and the air does not flow continuously when I leave the card. The air conditioner makes a sound. It would be better if it can be repaired. Overall It's still okay.

Miss Wong at the reception (day time) goes all her way out to ensure guests have a pleasant time staying in Harbin. She assisted in booking of cab to airport/advise guests on various shopping mall locations as well as breaking down cny 100 notes into smaller denominations.
Sadly the night shift staff's attitudes are bad.

Bed sheets were not changed during our 5 nights stay.
Aircon wasn't strong enough for a triple pax room.

I came here after reading many good reviews. The location is very good, it is convenient to go anywhere, and there are many places to eat and play nearby. It is a quiet place in a busy city. You can take a taxi or bus at the door. You have to go through the underground passage to sit opposite to take a Didi taxi.
The service attitude of the front desk staff is generally good or bad, but the aunts who do the cleaning are very enthusiastic and will greet and offer help. On weekdays, only the sanitation staff of star-rated hotels have such services.
After staying for two days, I found that the only bad thing was the facilities in the room. The hygiene was very clean, but I don’t know if it was the carpet or the air conditioner. Every time I came into the room, I would sneeze and then get rhinitis. Children with rhinitis should pay attention.

I was really satisfied with everything of the hotel. Breakfast has many options in both Asian and Western. Hotel amenities were super. We were traveling four of my family, so we used washing points regularly. That was stunning useful. Also, the hotel staff Vicky, who is the only person who speaks English, was helpful and supportive. The Ibis Harbin Central Street Airport Bus Station Hotel is the ideal place of convenience in Harbin because the bus top that connects directly to the Taiping International Airport is literally right outside; less than one minute. The nearest subway station is located in Shangzhi and is only 7-10 minutes on foot. The general areas and the room was very clean and all basic amenities were provided. The breakfast was quite good and the price was reasonable. The customer service was very good and they have their own AI robot that delivers food to your door and the still call to make sure you know the delivery is outside your door. I was more than satisfied with the stay experience.

We stayed at the hotel as a family of four for three nights. The check-in went quickly and smoothly. All our requests were met and we settled in right away with no issues.
Our room was quiet (no street noise) with a great city-view facing the Main Street. The cleaning was usual. The supplies were refilled daily.
Breakfast had Chinese and western-like options. All staff was friendly and welcoming.
The check out was quick. The porter helped us with our luggage (a carry-on suitcase, tote bag, and stroller) and bid farewell.
One thing that would make this stay a better experience is to have more control of the light in the room. One could only have all of it on or off, no bed light. And the rain shower could use some minor fixing.
Overall, we had great experience and it was a much better option space-wise (45 sq.m) and money-wise compared to other hotels of the same type and star rating.

YYburnnavoyagesMy friend and I had the pleasure of staying at Grand Mercure hotel in Harbin, and I must say it was an exceptional experience. From the moment we entered, I was struck by the spotlessly clean surroundings and the comfortable feeling that enveloped us. The high ceiling added a touch of grandeur to the ambiance, making it feel a luxury 5-star accommodation, all at a budget-friendly price.
The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the comfortable bed and fresh linens. I had the best sleep and woke up feeling refreshed, as if I had slept like a baby. The attention to detail in ensuring a comfortable sleep experience was truly commendable.
The hotel staff deserves special mention for their exceptional service. Despite some language barriers, they went above and beyond to assist me with anything I needed and provide accurate information. I vividly remember ALAN CHEN or Chan, although I'm unsure of the exact spelling of his name. He was always attentive to our concerns and questions, taking the time to communicate and ensure we received the correct directions. Their dedication and willingness to assist made a lasting impression on me.
In terms of location, the hotel was conveniently located near a bus stop, making it easily accessible from the airport which is around 45mins or less.
The ride took less than 10 minutes to reach the high-speed railway station from the hotel. However, I must mention that there weren't many convenient shops in the immediate vicinity, which might be a minor inconvenience for some travelers.
Our only issue during our stay was the room temperature, which was quite warm. Despite adjusting the thermostat, we couldn't achieve a comfortable coolness. We resorted to opening the window slightly to let in some fresh air, but leaving it open throughout the night posed the risk of catching a cold. It would be highly beneficial if the hotel could consider providing a humidifier, as the air in the room felt excessively dry.
Overall, my stay at this hotel was truly amazing. The cleanliness of the hotel, the exceptional staff, and the convenient location all contributed to a memorable experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Harbin and would absolutely choose to stay here again on my next visit. The management may want to look into improving the room temperature control and addressing the dryness in the air to ensure an even more pleasant stay for future guests.

We recently travelled to Harbin and after looking at many of the hotels and reading the reviews we decided that this was the hotel for us. However we were shocked to find the poor service and cleanliness during our stay.
Location: The location of the hotel is a huge plus point as it’s very close to the central street & not too much of a distance to reach the main tourist attractions (20/30 min taxi ride). The location is also close to lots of restaurants which is very convenient.
Service: This is an area which could definitely do with improvement especially the evening staff, upon checkin the staff were friendly and welcoming however when we raised issues with the hotel room they became very rude and disrespectful. When we arrived to our room we found we had no face cloths - not a big issue and one that was resolved in a timely manner. However we then had to ask for the face cloths each day after housekeeping had changed the towels which isn’t an issue in itself more of an inconvenience . However the staff at the front desk seemed to find it quite funny (staff members laughing when we mentioned our room number at the front desk) that we had several issues with our room.
Amenities: The hotel has a robot delivery service for when you order food and other items from meituan which is a convenient way to get your things. The shower in the room was broken but was fixed in a timely manner. The room air con is basically just an ornament, the temperature of the room cannot be changed - it was set at 34 celsius one night - you can open a window but it will get cold quite quickly.
Cleanliness: Another area with room for improvement - the hotel room is rather dusty with dust falling from the ceiling above the bed. The sink was not cleaned when we checked in. On one occasion we were given ‘fresh’ towels with make up stains on.
Unfortunately we would not stay here again.

MMark GBRLast minute booking 👍 and a very good stay. Close to what we wanted but in a quiet location. Seem less check in and the room is fully equipped and well decorated. The free afternoon tea is a nice touch too. Overall there are no negatives. The price is the same as other larger hotels in Harbin but offers a more relaxed feel. My wife said the breakfast was good 👍

XXiaohuanThe villa we booked is in a very good location. Manager Wang is a very nice person. He provides pick-up and drop-off services wherever we go. On the day we returned, it was not yet time for the high-speed train, and he even sent us to other places to play. We asked him to book tickets and the chartered car service was perfect.

NNielsenJonathanMy wife and I went to Yabuli for the first time and happened to find this very cute place to stay. Both of us don't speak Chinese but the host lady was such a pleasure, she went out of her way to make our stay pleasant. We communicated via WeChat translation. She collected us from the train station and took us into town to help me buy and electronic cigarette as my wife's had stopped working. She then back tracked and took us to our apartment, where we checked in. Total trip was about 40 mins for 60RMB, not bad at all.
Our room was very quaint, and clean. It was on on the ground floor and had a communal entrance for other guests, but the room itself had its own card accessed key, own toilet and shower. There was also an additional area up a staircase in the room which had an additional bed on the floor. The room had it's own TV which was a good of good quality and complementary WiFi and 2 bottles of water and a kettle. The room itself was warm and toasty with underfloor heating, and you couldn't feel the - 20 degrees outside which was a real concern of mine before travelling
All in all, we were very happy for the quality of the room we received and couldn't believe how cheap it was for the quality
After check-in, the host drove my wife and I 500 metres up the road to show us where we could go for lunch. The lunch was simple dumplings and noodle soup, but very tasty.
The following morning we had the free breakfast which is a couple of houses away from where we stayed. It consisted of local dough bread with chinese vegetables and some rice soup. It wasn't my cup of tea but it was satisfying.
Our host had arranged to take my wife and I into the city to get our covid tests done for our departure next day. We shared a car with another couple back into the city and had it done and this was so helpful as we needed it to reenter Harbin.

After our test, we were taken skiing by our host at the ski resort. We stayed there for 3 hours before being collected and taken back to our room. This again was managed all by our host who help us hire the skiing equipment too.
That evening my wife and I order delivery to our property where our host help is ensure we had the right address as it was all in Chinese.
At the same time, our host ensured they received our covid test results
The following morning we checked out, we received our covid tests results from our hosts and again were transported back to the train station by them
Overall,it was a short but really wonderful stay, our hosts provided a clean, charming and lovely place to stay but thier service was extraordinary, they couldn't do enough to make our stay as pleasant and as easy as possible, I would recommend

PpurplepolarbearExcellent location with super clean big room! The hostel is directly opposite exit 1 of the Zhongyang Street subway station. There are bus stops nearby too . It was only a five minute walk to the famous Hongzhuan Morning Market and then minutes on foot from Central Street. It's in a busy area but not noisy at all. Wifi connection was steady and fast and the aircon worked well. The hot water was always available and water pressure was high. Highly recommend staying here for a convenient and comfortable stay in Harbin!

GGuest UserThe three times I visited Harbin, I always stayed at the youth hostel in the morning. Because when I went to Mohe, I kept my luggage at the youth hostel for two days. It was really good. You can also play table tennis there. The main reason is that the location is really good, just 50 meters away from the Central Street subway entrance. I will stay here again when I go to Harbin in winter.

SShenqidebudaowengThe Yablony Hotel is really ski-in and ski-out. There is a ski center inside the hotel, KFC is downstairs, and the ski center of Sunshine Ski Resort is next door. Very convenient indeed.
The snow-view king bed room is really beautiful. Open the window and you can see the cable car and the ski slopes.
The only frustrating thing is that I called after 11 o'clock to ask for check-out, but check-in has to be after 14 o'clock. 4 stars for service, 5 stars for everything else.
