Stayed 3 nights here, room super nice and pretty bathtub with awesome hot water. Front desk Ms. Yuan Ye was very helpful on giving me suggestion route to tourist point. Easy get taxi just side of hotel road.

Pretty nice room and amenities. There is a restaurant, a small work out room (no weights) and a free laundry room. Location is pretty decent close to the high speed rail Harbin West Station and right in front of a metro stop. Like with most Chinese hotels, the surfaces and floors are not clean but the bed and towels are clean.

Very satisfied with this hotel. Although this hotel is about 45minutes from the main tourist attractions eg Zhongyang Street, it is located right next to the metro Chengxiang Station. So you don’t have to walk in the cold for very long. The hotel is new and the interior design is contemporary and practical both in the general area and the room. The staffs are friendly and approachable. Can feel the hotel customer centric quality. I like to mention Xiao Zhou who is very helpful and attentive - more than exceeded my expectation! The room is big with a large tv, automatic toilet bowl, convenient switches, quality appliances etc Very comfortable bed that is not hard nor saggy for a good night rest. The Hotel does not have many rooms but this is good for customers since you don’t have to share the amenities with too many people eg the dining room for breakfast always has a decent number of patrons - no overcrowding that is so common in hotel in China. Yes, I will book this hotel again should I come to Harbin in the near future.

I said okay , and then she hung up the phone... In addition, I checked in in the evening the day before, and Ctrip automatically extended my check-out to 14:00. I had to go to the city the next day. I thought I would not have time to change clothes when I came back. I called the front desk in advance in the morning and asked if it could be later? The front desk directly said that their room was full and I had to check out on time, at the latest at 14:00. If it was extended for 4 hours, it would be more than 160. I said okay. I had a tight schedule that day and set three alarms to remind me to check out on time, hoping to catch up with washing when I came back. The weird front desk actually called me at 13:30 to ask if I would like to extend my stay. If not, I would have to check out at 14:00~ It was still raining outside, and I said ok, I was on my way back, and then I asked the taxi driver to go faster while ensuring safety This was not enough for me to write a review Until I checked out at 13:57, the front desk smiled and said, there are still 3 minutes, can you give me a good review? I just skipped it. She said that if you didn't call a taxi, you can wait inside, and when I was sitting and waiting for a faster taxi, she asked for a good review again. Maybe she knew that her service was average, so I refused directly. I think service should be in the process, and the evaluation is spontaneous by the customers, and their service is not worthy of a good review, it's good if they don't give a bad review When my car was about to arrive, I had already left the door. At about 14:06, a supervisor came out again to ask about their service. I told her everything, and she said she hoped that I would feel the change next time. I will post this here, and other tourists can help me see if they have changed~
