這家民宿特別的乾淨整潔，老闆人也特別好，服務態度也特別好，有什麼需求老闆都會盡力的滿足你，有一次下雨我和朋友想出去看電影沒有傘，跟她家老闆説了，他説讓我倆等着他，他過來給我倆送傘，還有如果女孩子你有什麼特殊情況把床單弄埋汰了，老闆也不會揪着你讓你賠床單錢，我在這家民宿住了一年半，每週週末節假日都住在這，她家絕對是我心目中的南波萬，我不是託兒也不是刷評論的，中國人不騙中國人，大學生不騙大學生，而且地理位置優越，下樓就公交站，旁邊就有大潤發融創茂，樓下就有停車位，周邊好吃的也特別多，如果你是來哈爾濱旅遊的朋友，可以相信我你來入住。小凍梨絕對不會讓你失望的，老闆老闆娘也絕對不會讓你失望的，這家民宿的所有東西都是一次性的，一次性手巾一次性浴巾一次性馬桶墊拖鞋都是具備的，硬件設施絕對沒的説，如果你有什麼建議或者意見都可以跟老闆提的，她家會虛心接受的並會完善的，真誠才是最好的必殺技，如果你還在挑選酒店，不妨入住小凍梨民宿，絕對會讓你滿意的，
