Чистые номера, хороший очень завтрак, подходит для проживания с детьми. Очень приветливый, отзывчивый и добрый персонал. В отеле есть менеджер-девушка, говорит хорошо на русском языке, очень отзывчивая, помогает по разным вопросам: трансфер, купить билеты на жд, купить билеты в ледовый парк. Вся семья осталась очень довольна.

This is the best hotel experience I ever had, their service is impeccable especially manager 丹丹, she contacts me prior to my arrival to prepare the room for me. I think the only down side is the location, a little far from any main attraction. Far, I mean not walking distance, if you take a DD, it only take about 15mins to central street. I definitely will stay here again if I ever come again.
