服務態度差房間設施也不行，同樓的其他公寓價格便宜還乾淨服務也好我們要不是續不到房也不會換，結果沒想到價格貴幾十體驗感還不好

性價比高，中央大街附近，很方便。老闆態度很好。旁邊就是索菲亞大教堂，拍照很方便，走幾步路就到中央大街，缺點是房間有蚊子，要自己驅蚊，有花露水，但還是要自己打蚊子。哈爾濱天亮早，窗簾擋嚴點，我每天五點多就被外面的大太陽喚醒了。

地理位置好，步行五分鐘到索菲亞，距離中央大街兩條街的距離，道理菜市場也近，吃的玩的都行
