Green Tree Inn (Zhongyang Street Hotel) Reviews

I spent 4 nights at this hotel. The location is just a stone throw from Zhongyang ave and a short distance to Zhongyang subway station. The HongZhuang morning market is just round the corner. There are many restaurants along the same street. The hotel room and toilet looks fairly new and clean. The bedding is comfortable and toilet with auto flush system and heated seat. The shower is good with all amenities provided. Free self service laundry is also available.The breakfast is average, with limited choice but enough to satisfy us. The hotel receptionist are very helpful and kind eventhough they do not greet or smile often. They attend to your needs very promptly.

very good location in the heart of Harbin with all main attractions within walking distance or a short taxi ride away. Clean interiors and comfortable room size, topped off with robots to deliver your takeout (common in China's chain hotels)

Overall 9/10 The hotel is located near main road. I would love to stay here again if i will travel to Harbin again. Everything is good, but the room space is not big enough

Overall it’s a mediocre place to stay; however the service is not well enough from a worldwide standpoint.

Too cold for me to visit Harbin during winter, a hotel just few steps away from the central street also the subway station is the best choice.

In the most lively place in Harbin, very close to Matilda Restaurant and the Cathedral. It says free parking on Ctrip, but actually this hotel only has two free parking spaces. For a hotel, two free parking spaces are a lie, and you need to pay for parking in other parking spaces. There is no elevator on the top floor, the eighth floor, and the elevator only goes to the seventh floor, which is a hassle for customers with large suitcases. After negotiating with the front desk, we were able to change our room.

In general, I was pleased with the hotel, although I expected the worst from China. Purely! For me this was the main criterion! Very cool location, a pedestrian walk away, a lot of places to eat! But! I was disappointed by one thing. I think this is pure income from hotel guests. In general, they made all the sockets in the room with a Chinese entrance. They put a specially suitable charger in the room (which we were initially happy about). But this charger turned out to be paid!!! It needs to be rented! That is, in all the places where we were, absolutely all of them (even in the cheapest little ones), there were sockets with three different inputs (Chinese plugs, regular European plugs and USB), but in this hotel they decided to make money on charging!!! In general, only one USB input worked in our room (out of two available). And charging two phones, two watches, a tablet, a power bank was another adventure, because when leaving the room and taking the card, the light turned off. That is, it was not possible to leave the same tablet charging. The hairdryer also didn't work in our room. This didn’t upset me much, but at one point I needed to dry my socks. 😃 and the third thing that disappointed me was breakfast from 7 am to 9 am! Charles! 🤬 well, people go on vacation and get up at 8 am to have such a treat as breakfast! Well, why can’t they be extended to 11!? In general, although we had paid breakfasts, we never had time for them 😂

Right next to Central Street, the location is great. Overall, the room is clean, but the floor is not cleaned very well, hair and dust can be seen. The front desk customer service is great, professional and friendly, and the Northeastern friends are very honest. I will definitely choose this place next time I come. Satisfied!

The bed sheets were really dirty, but they were replaced with new ones after communication. Other hygiene was good. There was a foot bath in the room, which was good for relaxing your feet after a day of sightseeing.

Excellent two-room smart room one minute walk from Central Street (Arbat). Very warm, even in the shower, heated toilet, smart curtains, touch switches and more. Comfortable bed, had a great sleep! You can order a buffet breakfast: Chinese dishes + delicious pastries and natural coffee. Quality service, thank you for the warm welcome!

The hygienic environment of the hotel is very satisfactory. The location is near Central Street. Turn right after leaving the hotel and you will find Central Street about 100 meters away. Very close to Central Avenue and the subway station, the hotel environment is very clean. There is also self-service laundry, so you don't have to worry about dirty clothes in the suitcase, they will be dry in one night. Very satisfied

The rooms are very good. The receptionist is very good. You can check in 24 hours a day. If we land late or early in the morning We just inform the trip. Please coordinate with the hotel first. and must stay in the room overnight
