家庭旅館，看中的是家庭4人房。我定的房間在二樓，一半是新裝修過的，乾淨整潔。另一半是老裝修，環境不是一般的差。走廊牆皮有脱落，天花板的維護方洞基本都打開着。
房間不是乾濕分離，有異味，衞生間處天花板也有方洞，樓上下水管不時嘩啦啦落水聲。
晚上睡覺有蚊子，全家總動員打死十三衹蚊子，搞的一宵沒睡好。第二天找前台要電蚊香，説沒有，給了幾根斷的蚊香，再要，説一盒裡大多是斷的。有蚊香沒火，又跑一趟前台要打火機。
房間鋪的地毯，不知道有多少年沒有用吸塵器打掃過，一衹襪子掉下地濺起一陳煙塵，撿起來看沾了好多灰。打掃的是位老大娘，找她來説房間臟，衞生間相當臟，下水還不好。她拿了衞生間的白毛巾在房間到處抹了幾下，一家人看的驚呆了。
前台小姑娘可能是剛上班，態度一般。做事不利索被老闆娘不停數落。老闆娘也不是很好溝通的樣子。老闆娘把花在臉上化粧的時間多用點在環境衞生上，應該是可以做好的。

房間重新裝修過的比較新，沒有什麼異味，老闆娘很熱情，出行坐地鐵步行大約十分鐘內，挺方便

我住這麼長時間酒店，頭一回能讓我生氣也是厲害，前台是一個大姨一問什麼都有股不耐煩的勁，攜程房間的圖片可好了房間又大又立正一進屋更本就不一樣也差太多了吧我定的豪華三人都有視頻可以自己對比一下。和前台説咋不一樣跟我説就這樣的。最主要的是二百多的房間我到沒期望要多乾淨多立正但是有蒼蠅🪰就有點太過分了吧，要是有一個兩個就不説啥了一屋蒼蠅叫我們咋睡啊。找前台就更有意思給了我一個蒼蠅拍[捂臉]一進房間先打半個小時蒼蠅頭一次見過這樣的。棚頂兩個大洞也不知道是嘎哈的，水要錢就不説啥了紙也要錢。我沒説一個謊全都有照片為證。真的白天累一天了晚上睡覺還惹這氣。説心裡話看到我這條評論的就別來了。看不到的就不管了。
